Some also think the big enemy with the sword that the Doomslayer melees after shotgunning the HellKnight to be the earlier form of the Doom Hunter (Aggadon), before it was further mechanized. The head looks the same except the enemy in the Dark Ages has both eyes while the mechanized doom hunter the blood priests created had one ocular unit on the head.

Nah, makes no sense. It's a mounted demon. After he hits it with his flail, it goes flying off the demon it's mounted on. Watch the trailer again and pause the video (or play it in slow motion). The 'bottom half' is a separate demon altogether.

Mick wasn't really effed over, at least he had convinced Id to give in to his demands. Too many musicians don't have the balls to stay firm and negotiation. Plot twist is that he decided att that point to say eff it and bad mouth Id, making him self look unemployable to anyone that wants to hire him moving forward.

Same here. I had not played Doom Eternal in over two years. I've been playing pretty much nothing but Resident Evil and Dead Space games since then. But the announcement of The Dark Ages put me right back into the Doom mindset. Wound up reinstalling ALL Doom games. All id Software games, actually. And I've been obsessively playing classic Doom, Doom 2016, Doom Eternal, Quake, Quake II, etc once again. Feels good to be back.
