Yeahm I noticed Moon ALWAYS seemed to be in very important locations in help wanted 2..He appears as Jack o moon(or Harvest Moon as some like to call him) in the hidden important path on that boat ride, he can peek on you as you bowl, he of course appears in the unmasked ruin minigame, and of course in the Vanny ending, HE is the crane. You even get the clue that IS Moon himself because he even says "naughty naughty" and isn't just silent. It makes perfect sense that he would know the truth
pro tip for views: don't add much at the end just make something 5-10 seconds long for people to replay the vid in the background the long part at the end makes people not want to but this on repeat
