Pain in the arse removing all these plastics. Something nearly always breaks in the process.

I’d not follow this video. He’s say you can pull with your hands. But it’s possible to break. That’s exactly what happens if you pull with your hands!!!

To remove the door lock actuator. When you begin the panel removal use a plastic pry fork and a flashlight to locate the clips. Push in on each clip starting at the bottom. I partially broke one of the mounts. The clips have 2 positions in and out moving about a quarter inch. And it will allow the panel to pop off. Disconnect the inside door opener cable, and the speaker and lock window cable. Move the door panel to the side. DO NOT REMOVE THE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE. LOOSEN THE 2 mounting screws slowly carefully, quarter twist the outside and inside cable connections. Go slow. Disconnect wire harness and connect the new actuator in reverse order. I have still pictures.

Hallo, ich müsste bei meinem A4 Avant auch hinten die linke Tür tauschen. Was kostet sowas, wenn ich das machen lasse? Tür bekomme ich für 280 € schon in der richtigen Farbe. Also nur alte ausbauen, neue einbauen und die Verkleidung der alten an die neue. Danke!

Türverkleidung ausbauen einbauen dauert nur 20 Minuten. In einem Werkstatt kostet Ca. 50 Euro

Real question is... can I remove this without opening the door because somebody had child locks on with the outside handle not working

@Mateo-lg4hq if I remember from when I did it, I removed the rear seat, just the bottom part, pushed the drivers seat far enough forward the panel will clear and it came off pretty easy
