This video shows how to correctly remove the rubber strip (and clips) on the top of your 1990 to 2005 Mazda MX-5 Miata and Eunos Roadster doors.
This part is known as weatherstripping, belt line moulding or sometimes window seal.
If not removed carefully, the metal strip inside will bend, warp or become rippled. Once this happens, the weatherstrip will not sit flat.
Mazda part numbers for replacements:
Right side # NA01-58-810F.
Left side # NA01-59-810F.
