@@runoz2839 I grew up with stories the sheriff's son got by with murder and the police covered it up, they were shamed and eventually left town and then years later DNA proved it was a man traveling through town who did it. You just never know about these cases, it's not always the most obvious conclusion.

A very sad part is the nearest neighbors to 34 Fairview have doorbell ring cameras that will show EVERYTHING that happened. The neighbors are cops or retired relatives of cops and every single one refused to cooperate with providing the footage. Some may just be die hards but knowing the criminal violent behavior history of 34 Fairview's prior occupants, they may have been afraid of retribution. IT IS THAT BAD !!!

More than that. Proctor proved he had made up his mind about the case 16 hours after it started when he texted all his buddies. He displayed his hatred and bias towards her, and even made statements about hating her lawyer. He then controlled the investigation, controlled the gathering of evidence and controlled the outside specialists. He did this to protect the kid that was his ring bearer at his wedding and the cop that helped beat John to death.

There's no standard or injury when being hit by a car, just like every car accident doesn't produce the same results, even in a controlled crash.

What is the standard injury pattern for being hit and/or run over by a car? If he had slipped when getting out of the car and Karen didn't notice could she have accidentally driven into him when he was on the ground and caused those injuries? This could be a complete accident on her part.

I've seen a deer hit at approx 30 mph. busted up the deer (didn't kill it) and did thousands of dollars damage to the vehicle. there is no way he could have been killed with just a small dent and a busted lens.

That got in this week on last friday at the end of the day. According to the police's Interpretation of her car data, she accelerated in reverse at 75% pedal pressed, and managed to hit 24 miles per hour in 5 seconds before the speed changed extremely suddenly. Now the police want you to believe she charged John with her car going backwards, and that the car decelerated aggressively upon hitting John (which in my opinion a lot of things don't quite add up with. Like a 6 ton car being halted severely by hitting a 200 lbs guy that was standing in snow. Or someone deliberately trying to run someone over, but only pressing the pedal to 75% down. Or even how a 6 ton truck went from 0 to 24 in reverse) Something worth mentioning as well is that the defense hasn't crossed the expert bringing this in yet. But a very common alternative theory being thrown around online regarding that data is that "she tried to back up, snow caused her to get no friction making the wheels spin fast, and when she did got friction the wheels stopped going as fast because suddenly it tried to move 6 tons of car instead of just the wheels". But we'll hear more about this on monday.

I think it was Albert, his friend Higgins & Colin. I think they all got a few blows in. Probably n their basement. They took him out after the others left. Just my opinion. I think the Attorneys think that’s possible as they spent a lot of time describing the basement area abd the contents & flooring. They probably beat Jon O’Keefe with a barbel and he was down on the floor in the dirt & floorboards which scratched his arm. Also, the autopsy shows that he didn't have any broken bones from being hit with a car? There was no damage to his body other than his fists and his neck. I saw today that she had changed the PIN code to the ring camera footages at John’s house. There are 17 “ring movements” deleted from the camera. I’m not entirely sure what ring movements exactly means, but regardless it still means there’s deleted footage by Read. I think her & her father did this together, that last part about her father is just speculation right now… I wonder if that will come up in the trail! I absolutely respect your opinion! I believe she bumped into him hours earlier, in a fit of temper and left him lying in the snow. (I also wonder if the snow plow driver didn’t accidentally go into him as he lay there covered by snow? There is a lot of potential evidence which supports plausible theories, which if proven true, and had Officer O’Keefe lived to verify, someone in that house would have faced prosecution for assault, highly detrimental to that person’s future.

Motive isn’t always obvious. One could equally ask why would she kill him? They weren’t married, she was financially independent, she is a stable enough person who holds down a good job, not some crazy meth head who one could reasonably imagine lashing out this violently.

They had been out drinking, might have gotten into a fight, and accidentally killed him. He had two swollen eyes, scratches on his arm similar to dog scratches. Seems like he was punched and the dog attacked him when trying to protect his owner

Not just that. The lead investigator for the state police is a very close family friend and has been for decades. His mom calls them her second family. He was in the wedding party with the Alberts at his sisters wedding. He’s drinking buddies with the Alberts. He was interviewing one of them to watch his children. He’s known some of them since they were little kids. He had text exchanges about them buying him a reward after Karen was arrested. Having him be the lead investigator on this case is absurd.

She (Jen McCabe) testified that Karen asked her to search it when they were outside of the Albert's home after discovering John's body.

Unless the videos and photos are faked there is no way that intact tail light went back in time and teleported 3 miles to the crime scene house. Your car windshield is not smashed is it? Mine is not. But what if they say two days ago your smashed windshield was found a crime scene. How could that be? Well they tow your car today then smash it and take the pieces to the crime scene and do a new search and find it. It was not smashed when they tow you are be it was when you get it back. Who did that? The people that towed it obviously. That is what happened in this case.

Yeah the cops got a little over aggressive when they smashed out the light to plant the pieces. The prob should have made it less obvious.

John most likely got his injuries in a drunken fight in the house. If they had called the cops or an ambulance, it would have been no harm no foul.... but I stead of calling someone to take John home or to the hospital they threw him out onto the lawn, probably thinking he's cool off and wake up and walk home. When he was still there hours later, that's when they started panicking and trying to cover it up because it went from assault to manslaughter.
