@@SpaceDevSaturn How is it not self improvement if usually he isn't able to do his homework but he is improving and is able to do it without being forced ??
it is just a reset button to calm down your restless brain. You have to do it once every week or best not use social media, porn, video games and junk food if possible.
Iman you're great dude. It's pretty hilarious that I used to suspect your content but now finding it so valuable and smart when I'm getting to a specific stage of my journey.
@@DACliqueG actually masturbating itself is not that harmful, various species does that and it is natural. The problem comes with the addiction and excessive behaviour, wich is reinforced by overtismulation delivered by porn and similar content. And thats what hes is talkking about.
Hey man, just wanted to say thanks for changing my life. Your videos and advice have helped me establish a routine, stay motivated, and see things from a more positive perspective. I feel more productive and focused than ever before, and I owe a lot of that to you. So thanks for everything, and let's keep up the grind!
i just wanna say. you saved me man. you saved my life and my goals with this video. i can’t believe i didn’t hear of you earlier in my teen years. thank you. ❤
this guy has changed my life in many ways believe me just listening to him and applying them in your real life it actually works depending on the circumstances remember not to give up just to the best and focus on the best all the best and good luck!
Thank you very much for this video Iman, I’m learning a lot from you, yesterday was my 24 birthday and after five years of trying to get myself better I’m finally feeling like I will make it. Blessings bro🙏🏻
I've watched a lot of videos about dopamine detox and like you said I was "productive Procrastinating" but this video is more than helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking your time to help.
i just found you, and honestly you're my favorite motivational/self help people. you just seem really down to earth, reasonable, and relatable. keep it up man
I needed someone to remind me to focus and put down my phone. To be honest, my phone distracts me the most and creates an environment in which I procrastinate more. Thank you for this video; your first pillar of reducing screen time will undoubtedly benefit me.
I was already doing this while fasting Ramadan, it feels great, and i really related to the focus loss you talked about, ever since i got work from home i've been struggling with that, and since i started my detox it's more easy for me to focus, it's been a long time since i didn't focus on someone speech like i did to yours on this video, respect and i would recommand fasting while doing this if you can ofc
I’m going into my third monk mode now and it’s honestly one of the greatest things ever it’s a period of intense work and bliss I recommended it to anyone who wants to hit their goals
I come from Hamza's channel, absolutely shocked by the production quality of these videos, I hope this one pops off because more people need to hear your knowledge.
Hey Iman!! Just wanted to wish you a happy birthday! I am so inspired by everything you do. If it wasn’t for you, I would be in a very different situation right now. I wanted to thank you and congratulate you for coming so far. I know what you’ve been through. It was hard, but you made it! I am now a young entrepreneur looking to follow your footsteps. Happy 24th birthday! May you work hard and achieve great success! From a distant follower
This is a very informative and inspiring video. I hope to regain control of my focus and regenerate my dopamine receptors. I am a person with a ADD disorder and I sometimes suffer with lack of focus. This bit of advice can surely change most aspects of my life if I discipline myself to try and try.
I attribute most of my success to subscribing to this way of thinking. Very well articulated and presented Iman. This video will help a lot of people immensely!
Iman is the MAN. I found Iman like 3-4 years ago or something when I was trying to start my own agency. Even tho I gave up on that for other opportunities, I still follow and watch his content regularly. That's how u know he's not just a marketer trying to sell a course. Respect
This is so real and great advice as all makes sence. Thank you 🙏 if someone is interested on self help videos, buy books, is a great habit for focusing and is always by hand when you need the reassurance and doesn’t have the distractions.
Thank you Iman, you're literally changing my perspective for the better! I'm forever grateful and will always remember the kindness you have towards the humans future.
One crucial tip for everyone : when watching videos like this make sure to take a note while watching it. Otherwise you will forget it completely and lose that motivation you had after some hours. Taking short notes takes effort, that effort makes the brain save that memory. It's true and really effective. Thank me later.
Man, you're so charismatic, and your presentation skills are beyond professional; when you talk, it's impossible not to listen; thank you for dropping gems! Very informative video👑🙏
You spoke directly to my soul Iman, calling me out for the amount of self help videos I watch and the "productive procrastination lifestyle" and you are.. god you are so right. This video came right when I needed it as I have exams in two weeks and I will be implementing these pillars effective immediate.
Only today I was working at home and realised how much I was procrastinating, specifically being distracted by my phone, and then hours later I find this video. Thank you. ❤
Bro, I love youtube for suggesting these kind of videos. I knew all the stuff that you said in the video, and I still wrong do all these things that affected my dopamine scales. I needed that video just to motivate me to do it! Thank you!
Bro you and hamza have inspired me a lot in changing my life, especially your monk mode is so powerful. It helped me a lot with overcoming the modern distraction. Can't be more grateful. Thank You!
I’m fasting right now. So there is absolutely no better way to start this than now. I’ve got big things coming up in a couple of weeks and I can’t take any risks with procrastination or distractions. I’ve done big things in my life but that was in a different pre-covid world. It’s time to adapt and overcome and become an educational marine. Good luck to everyone out there.
This is the video I needed especially when I was looking at dopamine detoxes recently. It’s great to see your outlook on it and personally, reflecting on it by writing down important concepts in your video. I appreciate that you’re sharing this knowledge!
I didn’t know how much value this channel really had, I’d be very proud of what I created if I was iman and he’s completely right without trying to say he’s right he’s living proof of why he is where he is more so
As always, great value in this video Iman! Thought I'd share a bit of my past experience and add a pilar to the dopamine detox: No junk/fast food. See your body as a supercar and only give it the best fuel!
@@rimvydassalcius3659 man if I could take a pill to make my hunger go away that’s all I’d eat. Eating is such a chore and takes so much time outta my day
Man you are wonderful. You have explained very nicely . If anyone can stay consist with this schedule he or she can be benefited . I would try my best in this
As a student, when exam times hit I instinctively went into this sort of monk mode. Ignoring my phone and socials and giving 100% to my studies for a month or so. Then taking a break after it slows down in the middle of the semester and after, going again. Though I did not incorporate exercising and meditation, so I will start to do this!
Honestly, it seems like this video was aimed at me. The "self-help junkie' described me perfectly and hopefully a dopamine detox can get me back on track.
As someone who’s struggling with mental health. Thank you so much for making these inspiring videos. I hope my depression doesn’t get the best of me before succeeding everything in life
Second day watching this kind of video, I said yesterday that I would never be the same person again, and I'm here still staying motivated and consistent.
I'm currently "paralyzed" if I may say, I got so much used to scrolling and getting short term dopamine . It's chaos inside my mine, I want to study but my body won't move it so frustrating...Then I saw your video on my RU-vid recommendation, truly a help from God ! After watching it, I decided to cut off from my phone and social media, I need to bring back the old version of myself !
i really like the way you make your videos cuz its not like crazy its very simple so if you dopamine or whatever is very high you are gonna get really bored really fast and that also helps in my opinion
I have been undergoing a dopamine detox for four months now, although my original plan was only for seven days, which is my usual monthly routine. However, this time, the detox extended to six months because I found it incredibly relaxing to distance myself from toxic social media and other unproductive things, you know? Consequently, I am planning to continue and extend my dopamine detox routine beyond this month. During this period, I have learned the importance of discipline and not relying solely on motivation. From my experience, I have come to realize that motivation is merely a distraction for someone who is truly disciplined. 😎🤙
may Allah guide you to the right path my brother with this ocean of knowledge will not only be able to make your life better but also encourage lots of people to the right path aameen
This video just came at perfect time. I really needed to hear that advice! Thank you Iman and now I’m going to do the dopamine detox. By the way I really love your content, keep going! Greetings from Germany 🤗
Dopamine detox is good, cheap dopamine can literally make you feel like you’re winning when you’re doing fuck all! Just posted a comedy skit on my channel about this that you might like too! 🔥🎉☯️🕺🏻🏋️♂️😈💪
Honestly this is smth i rlly needed i am 15 and i am addicted to adult content and also to youtube and intagram this has need to change before my life falls apart so if u even dont see this i will come back to this one day and be proud i made this choice i will be more strict on my self from now on thank you
This is going to be painful for a few days, but YT, social media and too much hours on the phone have robbed me of focus and attention. Perfect timing, Iman, I will see this video again after a week
As having ADHD, I connect and understand this video better than I understand most things... First min into it, I already was proud that I knew thus far

@@oops9053 hey man. Yes, surprisingly subtraction. Took away RU-vid, and Social Media and my mind was off the stimulation. I got really bored then my mind felt healed and I got motivated to create. I don’t know anything about RU-vid or Tik Tok anymore, or the NFL or NBA, but all that is really just taking you away from your purpose. Your life starts to become more exciting than that crap if you design it right.
