I’m fasting right now. So there is absolutely no better way to start this than now. I’ve got big things coming up in a couple of weeks and I can’t take any risks with procrastination or distractions. I have been undergoing a dopamine detox for four months now, although my original plan was only for seven days, which is my usual monthly routine. However, this time, the detox extended to six months because I found it incredibly relaxing to distance myself from toxic social media and other unproductive things, you know? Consequently, I am planning to continue and extend my dopamine detox routine beyond this month. During this period, I have learned the importance of discipline and not relying solely on motivation. From my experience, I have come to realize that motivation is merely a distraction for someone who is truly disciplined. 😎🤙

I'm honestly saying my screen time stright went from 4 hrs to 8 min .....nd that was not easy as it seems to b .. each time when I used to touch my phone this video came into my mind then I stop.. although I used to listen some music but soon I also give up on that nd will start praying ... The most effective thing that I found in this video was u said stop all kinds of videos whether productive or useless..that was literally effective ❤❤❤

As a student, when exam times hit I instinctively went into this sort of monk mode. Ignoring my phone and socials and giving 100% to my studies for a month or so. Then taking a break after it slows down in the middle of the semester and after, going again. Though I did not incorporate exercising and meditation, so I will start to do this!
