Nah Bekele didn't win because he didn't run his best.Bekele is capable of the 26.2 in under 2:03:00 and Wanjuru won in 204:49 ish.Even I'f Wanjuru did take a banned substance Bekele has faster times before.

Ben Johnson already said it after he was caught at the Seoul Olympics 1988, no matter what modality of high performance sport a pro athlete is, they all use performance enhancing substances otherwise they wouldn't be able to stay on that level let alone maintain themselves at such a high level through years, sad but true, there is no exception.

100% true. Ben was treated so badly by the naive Canadian public. From hero to villain overnight. If you understand the reality of elite sport, then you wouldn’t make such a big deal about getting caught. Ben was ripped apart for something that every one does. Very unfair

Ben Johnson was caught and disgraced, the medal went to an absolute legend. I was a kid, I was thrilled. Justice does prevail after all. As a grownup, I learned, said legend had tested positive 3 times the same year, and been given a pass. Well… I should have known, over here we all learn La Fontaine by heart “ according to whether you're feeble or have might, court judgments will condemn you to be black or white “, Les Animaux Malades de la Peste, Jean de La Fontaine, 1678.

Doping in any case can not produce any results. Many people don't look at the reality of the athletic and they suppose that ımprovement on long distance running can be due to doping? This is completely ridiculous.

I think Viren beat prefontaine by blood doping. He fell in the 10 k and got up and ran a world record , Came back in the 5k and ran last mile in 3.59 mile as prefontaine ran a 4.03. Come on 3.59 after world record 10k...Finland never commented.

I also think the runner from Kenya I am not sure if I got his name right but I think his name is cheptaga as well as the most recent one women’s runner from Uganda I think her name is Faith and the men runner as well and the Norwegian runner I forgot his name should all be tested and I strongly believe the all are dipping

Your video is just a smear campaign against Daniel and is based on suspicion and not on facts. Even GOATs get beaten by unknown runners. We have seen Kipchoge severally beaten by junior athletes even after breaking the sub-two.

It’s not taking anything away from these athletes. KB and EK are the best ever. So is lance imho. But like i said, you gotta dope to cope. If you just want to be semi competitive but never a real threat to podium, these athlete MIGHT be able to do this clean but even that is a stretch. I believe 2 of eliud’s Nike training partners are currently suspended for PED’s. Don’t need more proof that that. And the Mo Farrah incident doesn’t surprise me one bit. Still love him and still love the sport. Just let them be. Lol

Come and train in Ethiopia, dude. It is in their blood, born runners. You come and try to train with them, I am sure you collapse before you even starts. Imagine an african get doped and is in the competition, what will you do to them, lifetime ban or take any harsh measure in your capacity to get them out of the competition, how many times do you check their blood, urine... You literally are incapable of beating them, dude accept it. It won't change, you will never dominate in distance running, both men and women, east africans are made for it.😢😢😢

A Kenyan athlete friend of mine told me she knew someone who got a witch doctor to put a spell on Bekele to make sure he didn't win in a race - apparently Bekele didn't win. She couldn't remember which race, maybe it was London 2017.

Cheating athletes are nothing but criminals. I am Ethiopian but will never accept cheating until the day I die even from my countrymen and women. You are doing a disservice to a most beautiful and natural sport. They should banned for life with no chance of reprieve.
