If your roomate does her makeup/study at her table, then she probably wouldn't like the setup cuz your table is blocking the light source/window; if that make sense. But then again, it is like that in dorms, so hard to position your stuff because it is so small.

But then it blocks your roommate from being able to even see out the big window from her space, I'd be so annoyed lol

this is why i prefer a single dorm room instead of with roommates, also ur previous set up was super neat btw

You can remove the shelves over your desk and then you can put your desk in front of the window. That way you will not block your roommate from the window and you can enjoy the view while you do homework

Okay so I know this is 2 years old but I've watched like 5 minutes of this and I'm thinking be grateful you have a spot to go and live in while your in school. My first year of college I had a house fire (I was renting a room smaller than your dorm) and lost everything. The cops put me into the college dorm because I was still studying and had nowhere else to go and no money.

You didn't have to shift so much stuff, just put your head opposite to the window ( feet facing the window ) and then make a blanket burrito when your about to sleep, granted it is inconvenient to make when your tired.

Girl just get a big heated blanket. Maybe put some pillows infront of the window I'm sure there are simpler solutions

Oh nooo it looks so cute but I feel bad for your roommate, they probably said it’s okay so there’s no problems, but they have no view or natural lighting whatsoever and you’ve got some of their closet space, maybe it would be good to move it back when the weather gets warmer but that would be a lot of effort

for the junk area that you have between the desk and window u can get one of those metal trolley storage things they are super practical and kinda cute too and maybe u can put ur jewellery stand on the window block area cus having it on the bed side can be annoying and maybe a more firm rug would help make everything look sleeker idk hehe make more videos like theseeee

Girl in video: "I think it actually looks really good!" Me: "I think you're wrong!" The ONLY WAY that room made ANY sense and actually looked AT ALL good was the way it was to begin with. I mean, has she never heard of getting a heavier comforter!? Or even an an additional, nice and heavy, warm blanket!? Or blackout thermal curtains!? This girl had SO MANY OPTIONS other than totally f*cking up that room completely! If I were her roommate, I would have been super annoyed that she did that! She most likely felt that she HAD to okay it, bc by the time she was available to be asked...it was too late and she had already done it! Which was honestly super rude! Now her roommate is stuck in this weird boxed in, totally claustrophobic corner, without even AT LEAST a damn window! She stole that from her too, along with all the dorm room's open (MIND YOU SHARED!!) space! This girl also has taken over most of the closet space. Has mountains of sh*t everywhere. And I'd be willing to bet MY LIFE that she's taken basically all of the space in their SHARED, TINY fridge as well. Not to mention, the room looks ridiculous, hideous, ugly af, and is totally unfair and rude to do to her roommate. That is all! Thanks for listening to my rant!! Lol!
