Around 1989 I had to do a duck dive in swimming trunks to the 6 meter platform to pass my BSAC Novice qualification & did a lot of training in there, there were Pike & Crayfish, not as many vehicles though, those were the days 😊
I'm 'amazed' , to use an over used adjective. I can't believe a sturgeon lives in here ,I thought they were all in Scotland ! Seriously , I as surprised to see that , lovely perch ,but s this a dumping ground for lland and water vehicles ? Wonder how long since it was a quarry .things you see on your own doorstep ?
