In the early 2000's I had an oil field company contracted to move my D8 and D9 dozers here in east Texas. The D9 that day had a V-blade (cutter blade- saw blade) attached to it. The width from teeth edge to teeth edge was somewhere around 16 or 17 wide. I was in front of the trucker leading him to the shearing site to unload. We were headed south on 287 and came to the trinity river bridge when I spotted a guy walking on our side of the bridge and all I could think was, I sure the pedestrian sees us but most importantly I sure hope the trucker sees the pedestrian. Neither the trucker nor the pedestrian moved an inch. I swear, that cutter blade was literally 1 foot from the guy's head when we went passed him going near 70 MPH. Just the thought of it today makes me cringe.
I have watched and enjoyed your videos for a long time but this video is such a kick in the balls made me so mad I couldn't get mad! Why in the heck would you not edit that chain and binder laying on the deck and no load securement at all and then make fun of it in your title. I can't watch stupid anymore I pray no one gets hurt by your laziness and lack of regard to the public you are operating with on roads that they deserve your upmost concern for there safety and you think all that was ok? Mind blowing. Good luck can't watch you anymore. Tell you what you put that dozer in neutral with the blade up drive the truck forward 50 feet at 5 mph and lock the brakes up and let me know how quick that D9 crawls over that trailer neck and the booster.
I never saw a D9 slide off, but an old boss of mine slid a D85 Komatsu straight off the side going round a corner. He was cranky and in a hurry...stopped quick though when the dozer landed on the LH corner tip and bounced to land again on the drive sprockets. Broke the final drive bullgear and pinion. Boss was more cranky then😁🤣
As made my living hauling heavy machinery, I know that you're chaining the trailer to the cat because if the cat wants to go, the chains are not going to stop it.
😁 Jeff, I thought your were giving a DEMO of double - disconnect !!!🥰 THANKS FOR THE RIDE ALONG.... I "WONDER" was the kid excited about the (BIG TRUCK) or [ SCARED FOR HIS LIFE ] 😱😱😱😱 " MAMA NEEDS A BUTT KICK ADJUSTMENT" LIKE I've said for years,,,,, 🤔" WATCH OUT FOR THE KRAZIES" 😍😍😍😍😍

Thank you video😂
Nope we didn’t see a thang Jeff, we don’t know what yer talkin bout…, so yer secret’s safe wit us…, hahaha. Yep, on those chains.., and for those idiot drivers… “here’s their flag(s)”… Looking forward to the rake’s arrival… Thank you sir.
Mr Jeff if you haven’t rolled that D9 off your low boy the whole time you’ve owned it , even if it was chained to it, or not your truck driving abilities would not cause it to do so. Chaining it would not make any difference!
So what is the year that trailer was manufactured? I realize that it isn't hauling 8 hours a day but that thing has flexed and strained for many years must have been made by people who knew what they were doing.....
You know I've enjoyed watching you for the last several years but I have to say you do some stupid things and in your opinion it's the right way because you're Jeff!
