Living the life of an Anime protagonist. Getting kicked from Alliance for not being Swedish, Internal conflict that was solved with friendship on his SpG days, Beating team DK on Columbus, commandeering his dream team C9, which is like the most anime team ever. And now.. being one of the best carry in the world playing on one of the best, if not the best team in the world, Team Secret. A life where everyone will "Eternally Envied" of. So proud of you Jacky Mao!

Some people don't like honesty. Similar to PPD, Envy is honest to the point that he brings up many of his unpopular opinions, enough that people only think of those.
To expand a little more after EE's dad said "We just thought he was lazy and wanted to play games" He went on to add that as parents, it was difficult to imagine you could become famous from playing games (to make a career out of simply playing games). I feel it was something important that the translators left out, not to take anything away from the video which is a fantastic look into EE's motivations and as a person. Kudos.
I've been EE's fan ever since I saw him playing with nTh and this video only made me respect him even more. Show them no mercy, EE-dono, we're all behind you! Channel your inner Spirit Bomb and prove you are the best carry player in the world!
I got a question ESL. Why is it that the only dota pro profile you've posted online is from the seemingly crowd favorite teams?? I know that there are others but I missed the opportunity to watch it. I just badly want to see those! Can you post it pls kudos.
Ok so basically this video is objective proof that EE is on the autism spectrum. I feel like they said he was "straightforward" and "doesn't equivocate in conversation" in 10 different ways.
The thing with EE is that he does not play safe. He always looks for holes to abuse certain mechanics in the game, such as the chances to get a critical hit, the advantage gained from confusing his enemies. I think this is why he is so good with Naga and Terrorblade: he knows how to confuse his enemies and take advantage of their panic moments, which is precisely what illusions are made for. His fault is his inability to play safe. He is focused on his own game, since he should be the type of player that plays carry but watches over his team at the same time. This is a very hard thing to do. A carry requires concentration on picking last hits and on fighting; but EE is sacrificing his concentration so that he can give team-wise suggestions. I think this results in him often getting overly aggressive because in clutch situations he loses the ability to see the situations correctly. His team plays a crucial part -- the four of them have to support their first position carry and if they manage to do so, EE is a beast.
