Ursa and Wisp can do it, and the strategy is simple: Wisp buy 3 - 4 healing salves, and then uses tether on Ursa, and when Ursa is near to death, Wisp uses an healing salve. They continue this way until Roshan dies, and they gain instantly level 3, before the battle begins ^_^

I love how everyone just runs away when Ursa has no HP this video is such BS
