At the last moments of the game balta could not control avatar dagger manta simultanously. If he activated manta he forgot to activate avatar and if it is vice versa he forgot to activate manta) So silly mistake for pro player. For that reason he died more than 4 times in a row

Well, news for you: he is not nowhere near pro level. He is decent player with years of experience and practice. But that's it. Pro players left the Dota 10 years ago and moved to Dota2.
