Unfortunately, I suck too much to show you all of this glorious fight, but hopefully you can tell from what you see in this video that this is obviously the greatest boss fight ever.
I'm unsure about the requirement to fight it, but all of the following were true of this run:
* One death (though I unlocked it before with three deaths)
* No bombs used (but plenty of hyper cancelling)
* Rank above half of maximum at Maximum Disaster's death
* No deaths at Maximum Disaster
* Full special gauge (as if you were trying to get the regular True Last Boss)
* Started from the first stage
So, that's all fun and good. Wonder which of those is the trigger.
This thing has three forms, and the last one is just about the greatest thing in the history of ever.
