Um Gem? You are the first person to use these Fisk pens that was happy with them! So many complaints about how empty they were and how quickly they ran out of paint! You did not have any troubles with this? I am curious about these paint markers, so if you get a chance to stand them on end and check out levels? I am curious if you got a set of full pens? Be well!
Hullo Gem, I thought you did a lovely job with acrylic paint on paper! I ran out of canvas during my class in college and I simply did not have the money for more! I had spent my budget on printmaking and watercolor papers. I had the best results with the printmaking paper with the acrylics. Acrylics are not like oils in that they will not attack the integrity of the paper and since they are basically a plastic they just stick to the paper. I enjoyed watching your totems come into being and believe that they are truly wonderful. Thank you for sharing your time and efforts with us.
yeah the boxes are starting to get old, there are only so many supplies that will fit in the small boxes and not cost an arm and a leg. nice looking totem poles, def does look like a combo of egyptian and Haida art and then cartoons 😀
Voice over Gem is not an interesting as rambling Gem. To focused! I am glad the house is getting what it needs done though! I like both of the totems but I think the one you did for Scrawler box is my favorite. More playful!
Do you remember we used to have Voiceover Gem a lot more? It was a nice change of pace, but it just adds more time onto the editing process (which you know, of course, I love) so no danger of it recurring on a regular basis! Thanks for watching 😊
This was a great idea for combining the prompts, it really made them seem meant for eachother! I really enjoyed the voiceover format in this video, it came across more relaxed, more chill. The vibe was pleasantly different, i felt like i got more of an insight into your process, which was really cool. Obviously i love your usual style, but i definitely wouldnt hate more voice over style videos ❤
A lot of the older videos have voiceovers, as my audio setup wasn't as good as it is now. My 'presenting' style has definitely changed over time, though. Interesting to hear this point of view from a newer subscriber!
@@TheColourCave i have the memory of a goldfish 😂 i've been watching since 2020, basically binged your videos for hours at a time while getting back into art during a rough time for me. Guess that means its time to start rewatching older videos since i dont remember them well enough ROFL
