Double blending 101- Better makeup over age 40 

Really great presentation. Impressed with both the knowledge and advice but also with the on air ability to present the info in an understandable and very enjoyable way!

I'm 60 years old I worked for a very luxury cosmetic brand and have been double blending since I was 20. It's something I would teach and did for over 35 years old it's not just for women of a certain age but for all women of all ages.

As someone else mentioned, Lisa Eldridge shows exactly how to do this in her video. She demonstrates it so well

I’ve been “double” blending for a year. Never looked for it on any social media platform, I just started doing it. Sorry lady, you don’t own this technique.

And yet the guest’s face looks totally different than her neck, body and all the other skin that’s showing! Her face is glowy and highlighted, while everything else is matte. So either powder down that face, or use a body oil or reflective lotion on the body - or at least use that same highlighter on the collarbones. As it is, she and many other women have a floating head covered with layers of products that has no relation to the rest of their bodies - regardless of how much they blend.

Fingers are best for make up.
