Sorry you are wrong. Max European hight is 4m and Voyager is 4m. The 13ft 8 you refer to is a hight warning sticker with an added clearance allowance for safety. Neoplan Skyliners are used daily in many European countries as indeed the rest of the world. As to licence, yes you do need an HGV class C. Thats a good thing! Obviously anyone taking one of these on the road need proper training.

Surely you can drive this on a PSV as you have at least 9 seats. I saw 4 down stairs facing forward plus 4 upstairs plus driver? Im planning a 12mtr single deck coach conversion and will have 10 belted seats including driver, i was under the impression that means as i already have my PSV i will be ok to drive it still as more than 9 seats.

NO! She officially only has 5 traveling seats as per V05 (My choice) and is HGV Class C. However based upon what you are planning, yes it would be PSV, however that creates a number of issues, Insurance, Plating, Parking, breakdown recovery insurance etc etc. Taxation also could be an issue as it's still a bus, not a private HGV. Good luck though, it's an amazing experience once out on the road... Oh and never had an issue parking either during the day or at night on sites.

In mine I just use the toilet. They do have plumbing and a holding tank. I also have a full shower and sink in the bathroom.
