I continue my "How to Twirl a Baton" channel with the "Novice Baton Twirling" series by teaching my version of a double elbow roll. This move is one of the most common rolls in baton, so it is very important to learn it and to learn it right! This trick is a build from the single elbow roll; however, this trick will also build up to more difficult, flashy rolls that you will learn later on through my channel. I go over this move step by step making sure to go over proper body work and technique.
*Note-Make sure you place the baton onto your arm. Don't throw it or hold it on the end!
