I'm from WV too. I've wanted to do this since I was really little. My mom chose for me to do ballet instead. I hated it. I'm now 49 and got my first baton finally! I learned a couple of things in middle school with a friend's baton but really really basic. Finger twirls and over hand twirls (can't remember what it's called). And some really basic twirls. I feel stupid learning at my age and I'm embarrassed for anyone to see me trying haha love your videos!
Very detailed with a slower approach in demonstration. My backround is color guard. I am d school but also found majorette's to be fascinating. At 40 I am in the process of ordering some batons to get twirling❤

As a truck driver guy long haul I'd like to include n learn to do this as I do stretch exercises outside my truck at various stops across the country, rest areas, truck stops, etc.....any ideas what size baton n where to buy?
Will you ever make more twirling videos? For routines and such? I find that your channel is one of the best and has great tutorials, and since I don’t have A teacher these really help!
