I love how the first half of the episode women will trash the man and cry for sympathy and just before the results she finally admits that he might not be the father.
It was unproportional. Their relationships dysfunctions had nothing to do with how he in fact showed up for the baby already. He did kinda go half already even with his doubts and I am persuaded that maybe this was the point he was trying to make, but most of us were moved by her tears and her grief... makes you think 🤔
It's nothing like that. She lied to the man from the beginning. To then tell him 6 months later that he might not be the father is downright cruel and slackness. You could ask, why would a man sleep with a woman who would lie about a kids paternity.
There should be jail time for women who lie to a man about the paternity of a child. A man supports a child for 18 years and then finds out he was never his. Where is the accountability for the lying woman? Does she pay the man for the hours he spent or the money he spent? Does she pay the man for the time he has lost that he could have been investing into his own biological child if he had just known the truth?
he did sign the birth certificate tho.. and HE waited 18 years to get a paternity test done.. cant full on blame the mother . especially when shes even said herself theres a possibility another man could be the father . they both couldve gotten a dna test MANY years ago .
@@IndigenousIndianLady65 Sure, blame the man for not protecting himself. A common theme I see in male/female relationships is that it is always the man's fault. Men have all the accountability, women have none.
She’s crying because he spoiled her after finding out she may be pregnant with his child. You skip town and you don’t think that caused doubt? I already know the result of this one, so I’m moving forward. She’s a clown!
Men should not sign a birth certificate if they have not had a blood test if you have doubt. You become legally responsible when you sign the birth certificate.
I got pregnant 5yrs in with my now husband. We had broken up and still sleeping together. I made sure he had a dna test before he was added to the birth certificate, by my choice. The ONLY reason a woman would have an issue doing dna is if there is a chance that they slept with someone else. I didn't want him to doubt(we had broken up and though i knew i wasn't with anyone, but i didn't need anyone putting in his head that i was lying) at all so I argued to get it done.
That's right!if you don't want the responsibility of getting children, then keep yourself to yourself!if you know what I mean! DONT GO OUT AND GET A WOMAN PREGNANT ,IF YOU DONT OWN UP TO YOUR RESPONSABILITIES! HAVING CHILDREN CHANGES EVERY THING!THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES AND RESPONSABILITIES THAT YOU WILL FACE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE SACRIFICES!SO, BE SMART! DONT GET A GIRL PREGNANT, AND THINK THAT YOU WILL GET AWAY WITH IT! BECAUSE, YOU WILL PAY FOR IT!
Dallas seems like a good kid… and he’s the oldest looking 18yr old I’ve ever seen…! He actually resembles Mr Whisler, This is why DNA testing should be mandatory in the hospital before any man is allowed to sign the birth certificate or pay child support!!!!!
They look so much alike, but maybe the other guy does too. His first reaction was to reassure the 18 yr old that it didn't change how he felt about him - inside he's probably relieved he can try and get that debt taken away which is why he went to court-but he still has a relationship with the young man
When children are born today there should be a DNA test done immediately it should be a standard thing done straight away and situations like this would never occur
@@fredwatson8415 oh I fully understand why they're not done so maternity fraud can be done to men where they then have to pay for a child which is not theirs. This way if the other man is a deadbeat or not around anymore the state doesn't have to pay for it to get some other poor guy to pay for something that's not his. So I fully understand why they wouldn't like it but I think it is something every man in the world should insist upon. It would also eliminate a lot of the unnecessary court costs which of course they won't want to lose but it's up to us as men to demand that this is done.
@@russellwood8750 Agreed. And simps and cucks outnumber guys like you and me, so men can demand all they like, but the feminazis and their cucks are going to shoot the DNA testing down every time. Real women should be in support of this, but where are they?
What female's do to men and get away with is a crime. If they would prosecute them maybe games would stop and men would know if it was there child and children would know who there father's are. Thank goodness for DNA!
I understand what you’re saying but he could have done something about it too. In my experience, the state doesn’t care because he already signed the birth certificate. It should have been done as soon as he found out that he possibly wasn’t the father. Most states won’t change it after the kid is over 2 years and the parent /child has been established.
He shouldn't have signed the birth certificate either. She's fully wrong, but he played a role as well. Don't sign until DNA says so. Better safe and sure than unsure and regretful.
Not her starting it off crying about what he didn't do when he got you got a whole house and car lady lol ...wow! Photos are not receipts lol. You can go to the store and snap pictures lol.
Thank you! I was just about to write my separate comment when I saw that you typed my thoughts almost word for word. I love how in this show they bring "evidence". Evidence is proof and none of the evidence presented is proof of anything. Also, do you think she did this on her own? Think someone with the means would even present themselves on this show? I'd check what government assistance she has been receiving because any money she may collect needs to be paid back to the state and federal governments first.
The girl in the first case shaking her head no when he said he wanted to be able to spend time with the child baffles me. All that crying and being dramatic about the child needing her father and but doesn't want him spending time with the child. Make it make sense.
@@miekevanbeek2345 He has as much right to that child as she does. She admitted that the baby could have been fathered by another man. His doubt stemmed from that.
@@AR-zo3pj I support my kids financially but every time I ask to see them I get swerved or told lies. I've kinda just got used to it, I guess the only way forward is fighting in court with a lawyer.
@@donovanwilliams29 I get what you're saying my brother but I won't ever give up on supporting them and fighting for them. It's challenging but my love for them has to be greater than my bitterness towards their mother.
Case number one if you're struggling so hard to make ends meet why are you thinking about a customized birthday cake and a party at the zoo? Whatever happened to making a baking a cake and having family and friends at home? It's not the worst thing in the world not to have lots of money but doing simple things together with family friends and love gives you anything and everything that money can't buy!
Case one bought house & car? Why argue over Paternity? The cost of Paternity vs the cost of raising a child? Woman you still laid down with him knowing he was involved...& Mister will sleep around...so little regard to commitment to either woman!
Only thing I did for my one yo on her first birthday was daddy, she and I dreessed up, a bit of decoration and a cake and we tried to take some pics together in which my daughter was mostly crying 😂😂 a party she will never remember but she got pictures of her all scared from the candle flame on the cake
Wait… what?! I don’t remember that part! He bought you a house and car and you’re crying over childcare expenses? Smh… please don’t have more children with her. NEXT
But so did he tho. She told him that he could potentially not be the father when Dallas was 6 months old. He could’ve easily gotten a DNA test and tried to get his name removed from the birth certificate
She was honest regardless if it was 6 months afterwards he had all opportunity to file for a DNA test to get his name off of the birth certificate if he was not the father! Laziness does not equate sympathy for something not being done!
Forging a signature is different than a woman telling you that you may not be the father and you know that but you don’t take any initiative to take the test. He signed the birth certificate as well so bringing up forgery doesn’t apply in this scenario.
Mandatory DNA test NOW!!! Regardless of relationship status. Another note. Why is it when a woman signs a prenup under duress the prenup is null and void? But when a man signs a birth certificate under same duress he's still held accountable? Especially when the child isn't his!
They really need to make paternity tests mandatory at birth before the father signs the birth certificate. There is just too many of these stories taking place.
She says the child support wasn't fair but did she give him a refund?? 🤔 The sad part is how you can look at Dallas and tell how he's been affected by the whole mess. Bless his heart.
You can tell she just wanted a pity party n even Judge Lake didn't "see the tears in her eyes" 😪Especially since she kept wiping those invisible tears. N she stopped "crying and sobbing" completely when they caught her in the lie 🙄
Lying comes as easy as breathing to some people.. I loved that the judge call people on their BS and he knew he couldn't pass the lie detector test😂 and she couldn't wait to let it be known she's still sleeping with him & then wanted the court to feel bad for her
Tears won't wash away lies. 😢 And in this case I saw no tears in the first place. That's called whining, not crying 🙄 She's trying to clean an oil slick with a paper towel 😒
@@dyheshataylor869 true statement I learned about that in child support court. I'm glad I went through that experience because it put me on to the in's and out's of how the system works
@@dyheshataylor869 he put a roof over his childs head. She didn't. It should count for a lot. The system is a mess and needs to be updated for sure. Also, not sure how a women can complain the man did nothing to be a father but bought her a house while she was pregnant because he believed she was carrying his child at the time. X
Unless he is rich, he wouldn't have paid it off, so she is paying the monthly mortgage on the house, and probably the car payment, too. Getting her in the house was most likely what he did, and after leaving her with those expenses in addition to his daughter's needs, he needs to reimburse half of what the mother has spent for their child's care. I hope they grow up and work things out.
The judge gave him such a hard time for signing the birth certificate and skipped over the part where she cheated but didn't tell him until after the birth, he should've immediately fought for a DNA test
I’m a woman and I don’t believe a man should be responsible for paying child support if proven NOT the father even if he did sign the birth certificate. That’s just not right. She needs to run him his money plus interest.
Good luck finding a guy that tells you that he doubts the paternity of a child and goes all in from the jump. It could happen like you could win the lottery. That doubt will eat away at that relationship. That's why paternity tests should be mandatory at birth. Take away all the excuses and get to that parenting work.
Yup that’s why paternity test should be mandatory in every state as is in mine, Indiana. If you are not married they have you take test if you go to the court for child support.
@@kabalove7938 many states require the mother to identify the father and provide them an opportunity of a paternity test when requesting child support. The problem is some women are just pulling names out a hat to identify the farther.
@@mythiac696 That is exactly how it is done here. When requesting child support the court will automatically test the father and the child to make sure they both match. Then all the procedures take place. And then by the time the child becomes 18 if the father starts paying child support Mother will never receive that money. The money will all be sent to the now Adult child ( at least in Indiana ). I completing understand what you are saying.

That second one… what a rollercoaster… I hope that he’s still in that young man’s life. Regardless of child support, there’s an unbreakable love between them.
It wasn't in her name. He got it for him to live too. He bought her a car I believe that was hers. She up and left so something ain't right. Read between the lines. He a sucker and a cheater ! 😆
The state of Missouri is making him pay for all medicaid, food stamps and any other assistance the mother received. I feel sorry for the second man. Regardless of the results it a sad case.
@@zonagale2200 men I know have had to pay the state back for any assistance the mother received from them. You pay for the child bring born, food stamps, wic, and housing provided by the state.
Yet he could have spent the money for testing. Not had the stress of anything 18 yrs ago. Doesn't sound like the other man was much use either on the subject. Meanwhile she is still dealing with the general upkeep and finances of the child.
Second case: What in the World?? I swore up and down that Dad and Son were related! Said to myself, "Boy they look a like!" Love that Dad is still loving the son that isn't his! That's how real men behave!
I have tried to convince myself that he is 18 and not 35 but my mind has refused, am sorry but I believe GMOs should not land in our plates. So heart breaking for the man.
I swear I think the judge is hard of hearing she clearly said that she told him 6 months after the child was born that he may not be the father. She acted like he signed it knowing that information.
@Angela Cleveland Do you know how many times men have come I to this courtroom saying that they were told they were sterile and end up being the father. It's surprising common

First case drama queen was lucky, because she admittedly cheated on him in the window of conception, if I got it right. They would never ever make a happy couple or family IMO. Hopefully they made it to co-patent for this sweet little girl .
It's stories like these I heard growing up as a teenager that gave me a fear of having children. I'm 47 and I still don't have children of my own and don't plan on it. I love children, but call me king of the pull out🤣🤣🤣 because I just can't.
First case, there was a lot unclear about the circumstances. She cried a lot, and claimed he didn't do anything but it seemed he had provided a lot (including housing and car payments, and support from his mother) despite having reasonable doubt (she admitted to sleeping with at least one other, and he presented testimony that she received messages from other men). Good luck to them.
It was confusing. She was both confident and guilty. The only reason she was probably sure that he was the father is that the baby was mix. Most likely the men she cheated with was Caucasian.
The first one I was hoping that guy wouldn’t be the father. Because I didn’t like her theatrical crying after hearing he bought her a house and spoiled her until he had doubts about the child. • She wanted to ruin his current relationship and slept with him and purposefully aired it in court to assure his current relationship is ruined. The second case man that poor dude isn’t the father and he will more than likely still have that debt attached to him. The son said he doesn’t have a relationship with the other guy at all, that sucks.
-First Case... I was definitely hoping he wasn't the father.. she's most definitely after his finances... & was granted 5 thousand dollars with edited pictures of money but no actual receipts to confirm her claim. Lake dropped the ball on this one.
The child is almost two.. Whether she had the actual receipts or not.. She's spent 10 grand OR more on the child. Had he been on child support he would have paid more than 5 grand in 21 months.
It's ridiculous, because I guarantee you she has the state payin for all the child care and now he's got to pay her half, of somethin that she more than likely didn't even pay for herself?! That's messed up.
She fooled him into signing the birth certificate. Then after admitted it might not be his. Everyone thinks just because the child's not yours you can easily take the name off the birth certificate but that is wrong. It still takes years and a lot of money. Although I can't figure out why he didn't do a DNA test as soon as she told him.
@ Jon Single... Unfortunately, if he signed the child's birth certificate he is legally responsible for that child...SMH! I still say DNA should be done while at the hospital.
The only way to keep the government from charging child support to a father that you have a strong reason you do not want them to do that is to (1) not put him on the birth certificate; or (2) if he IS on the birth certificate you must not apply for government funds such as AFDC.
she could put him on the birth certificate but if he doesn't sign it, he can get that overturned. However, he can still get it overturned. It will take time, but it can be done.
@@whatyousay9816 True. What I was trying to point out was not as clear as it should be. I should have said: Whether he is or is not on the birth certificate, DO NOT APPLY FOR AFDC because they will INSIST you give them a name if no one is listed on the certificate, as far as from what I have heard on this show. My son's father IS on my son's birth certificate but I had very serious and strong reasons not to have the government come after him for child support. I had to do without in order to protect my child from a very wealthy person with perverted proclivities (which I did not know about at the time of conception). It was hard, but God pulled me through even though I had no family to help and sometimes feared homelessness. To keep him safe I would do it again -- no question!
Second case was a heartbreaking case. How could you lye a man that he is the father and let him sign the birth certificate and than say I didn't put you in this situation?! Oh Lord
She acting like she didn't have a care in the world about any of it! I thought she was gunna lay down and relax she was that casual about it..poor guy looked like he was going to have a panic attack over the 21 grand 😟
Unfortunately the second guy really hung himself by signing a legal document + he stated the doctor told him he couldn't have a child so he should have been cautious at best
I made everything for mine when they were small. I didn't have the money to customize everything for them. It was sad the first time I bought a grocery store cake. It wasn't as good as a homemade one, although, it looked nicer
Pretty cheap if you ask me. I live near DC and childcare here is $275 a week. Times that by 4 weeks a month, 21 months, that's over $20,000. And that's a cheaper daycare.
