But there is no DNA proof that the man really as the biological son of his believed-mother who was in court. The most obvious possibility was a hospital switch. There might be other possibilities. However, without the claimed bio-father there, there can be some questions.

Exactly and her mother is a fool for trying to be her friend and not her mother. I saw it first hand my mom raised me to treat her as my mother and she raised my sister like her friend. Backfired real bad and my sister had to suffer for it. Women think if they treat their daughters like friends the daughters will trust them more and tell them everything. Nope. That just makes the daughters tell mom what a friend doesn't mind hearing, but when it comes to serious issues that daughter will still keep mom out of her business.

Well, there could be definitely different circumstances... there has been at least 3 mothers that have had to get lawyers to defend them being the actual birth mother, after extensive medical testing.. It could be that his mom, wasn't really his birth mother. That baby kinda looked like him... and he really didn't look like his mother or sister, but you never know... but for the most part, DNA doesn't usually lie.

I knew something was sour in the milk in the first case when the young lady stated the guy who was the alleged father was older than her mother things like that are usually a clear sign of promiscuity not to mention the fact that her mother showed a complete lack of interest in where her daughter was going or what she was doing and with whom she was doing it with.

Cause that old man didn't satisfy all of what I see standing there. That girl don't know who her own daddy is or wasn't close to him. In regard to the first case…when the baby looks like neither parent I tend to assume there’s a third person involved, it’s usually the correct assumption. Hopefully she eventually fessed up and reached out to Joyiah’s actual dad. With so much emphasis on her virginity and moms Christian image I really didn’t expect her to admit to having another partner anyway.

The first case: Her mother taught her to disrespect herself and to have low self worth. Then asked her "How was it?" And if he went to the first court hearing and said "This is my baby!" He wouldn't have to take a DNA test and have a second court date.
