If you don't want children use protection stop bringing innocent children into messy situations and then you can't even financially and emotionally support these children.

When the daughter in the first case answered “fine” after the results🥺 You can see in her eyes how often she has to pretend to be fine when her heart is shattered 🥺

This is why DNA tests need to be done at birth. Even when there is zero doubt just having it on record would prevent so much grief and holds both bio parents responsible

Mom in the first case was trying to deflect from the fact that she didn't do right. Just own it...

The Judge was a little harsh on Ms Myers. She kept it cute and classy and was not yelling like some of the other mothers in her court. And when she discussed her child being lactose intolerant, the Judge would usually introduce an expert witness to discuss that condition instead of laughing at her. Although she was wrong for having another man sign her child's birth certificate, she knew that clown was her child's father.

The first case I can see how hurt the daughter is at the same time I see the deepest regrets in the mothers eyes. Hope she finds a way to forgive her mother

Sorry, but the last case, I don't feel the judge should've treated her the same way she treated him, especially in the end. I understand as they're telling contradictory stories you don't know which one is being honest & which one is not. But in the end, it seems her matter-of-fact approach was justified & validated, for she *knew* he was the father (side note: I think he *knew* too). Anyway, the speech the judge gave at the end, I feel was misdirected at her instead of just at him. She knew what she knew & she said as much. He seemed to b just trying to say anything to justify why he weaseled out of his responsibilities for their child.

The “I’ll be fine” at the end of the first case just translated to “I want to be left alone because I don’t think y’all can help me.” Bet.

Case #2, young lady has a very mature response

I remember being in high school watching Maury “You are not the father” and the shame and embarrassment I felt for some of those girls scared me! I said nope 1 relationship at a time is all I got- not catching me on these shows 😂 so there is some good to prevent young folks from the madness. 😂

The second case those two shouldn't have children period

Another reason why mandatory dna testing is so necessary. Most of these young guys don’t know what to do in this situation when they don’t even teach this in high school. He should not have signed the birth certificate. Until he received a DNA verification letter. That baby could be anybody. Just because she might want somebody to be the father that doesn’t mean he is the biological. She could have slept with a hundred dudes. My heart goes out to brittnee as she may never know who her real father is. From a male’s perspective. Knowledge really is power, and it doesn’t take a college degree to figure it out. I think in the military, the military hospitals are more accommodating, if a military member needs a dna test, he gets one, no charge. But sometimes even military members can get caught up, especially first time fathers. So if you do get caught up, always demand a dna test, on or off base. At the civilian hospital, make a request for dna testing when the child comes and offer to pay for the test. Then wait on the results before you sign birth certificate. Don’t sign nothing until then, on or off base.

No matter what a woman tells you, DO NOT ACCEPT A CHILD WITHOUT DNA TEST. A real loyal woman will not feel offended or give you any kind of excuses NOT to take a DNA test

Testing at birth is the only way a women should receive support thru the state. Either test the father at birth or dont receive help
