This double kettlebell workout targets the upper body and lower body with cleans, presses, front squats, and swings.
Here's the sequence:
Clean + Press x 5
Front Squat x 5
Double Kettlebell Swing x 10
Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat for 5 total rounds.
Perform this kettlebell complex as the "main dish" of your training session.
Use your 8 RM press weights.

I just found your channel and it’s great, I’m 65, still somewhat new with KB training, but I’m learning some things watching your channel, I do have a question ,whenever I do double kettle bell squats I have a hard time keeping the weights close to my body when doing them I have a tendency of having the weights fall forward and I was wondering what you would suggest to correct that. Keep up the great work and you also have a new subscriber in me with your channel.

Honestly, what is the benefit of doing these with kettlebells? Surely, just using dumbells without the added wrist rotation stress would do the exact same?

You cannot do a properly swing with a dumbell

Kettle bells are far better than dumb bells ,I have been using them for over 22 years,have been training for 47 years.

Kettlebells are better suited for ballistic movements, those where you swing and rely on momentum, making it easier to chain different exercises without dropping the bells. But if you focus solely on grind exercises, both kettlebells and dumbbells are pretty much the same thing.
