Thank you Zack for sharing your experience. Im a 40yr male and a Fire Fighter that had an open compound Tibial and Fib fracture 6 moths ago. I have a similar set up with rod and screws running down the right leg. So im going to PT but would appreciate if you can give me some advice or tools of wisdom to help me strengthen my right leg. I have gy Equipment at home buy need some help to get myself 100 so i can return to work and do what i love.
