Here's the last fly I'm going to tie from the box. I wanted to make sure I represented all the patterns with something unique in it, and with this one, I believe I have. This is a Dry Fly with a double mallard slip wing. This means, two slips on either side. It can be tough, if you can't do a single, so definitely try that first. Hope you like it.

Nice tie! I recently came into possession of quite a few unpackaged, vintage fly hooks. Curious if you could recommend any resources to identify them?

Hey Aaron yeah without the original box it’s super hard. If you look at the hook bend and it’s flat on either side, it’s most likely an old mustad. If it’s round it could be Allcock or maybe another. But yeah it’s damn near impossible for me to tell. A good idea is just pour over eBay looking for an exact match and hopefully it’s in the original box with the name. Good luck 👍
