Great lesson no distraction by other moves being used whilst you are teaching.Much easier to follow and learn.Love this method of coaching concentrating on the lesson in hand.

@@Flowtricks Cool. Thanks for the answer. But the move you do at 8:33 "Shoulder-shoulder" looks like you're hurting yourself

@@Loonatic777 It's hard to describe but the nunchucks aren't really "hitting" him in the way you're thinking. More like wrapping around his limbs slightly and then the tension in the chain/cord pops them off. The nunchucks don't really hit you and it doesn't hurt.

I got wooden nunchuks. I find they flow far better than foam ones as the weight gives it that extra oomph with every swing
