𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: I don't mention in the video but it is important to build this machine in 1 chunk. If a chunk border crosses through the middle of the machine it will throw the timings off and mess up the outputs for the 16, 32, and 64 diamond outputs. If you don't have an in-game chunk visualizer you can check your coordinates with a web site like Slime Finder: depressed-pho.github.io/slime...
