Welcome, and follow along as we get Lost in Minecraft Bedrock together! I make tutorial-style videos and am also active on a Let's Play server by the name of BrokeRock. Hope you enjoy my videos and decide to stick around. See ya at the next video!
Nice score from the Bastion (especially Snout and UPGRADE!!) . At least you finally remembered the BrokeRock pack Rules!! Wow, what a haul!! I have always enjoyed your End Raiding videos. You make it seem easy and not stressful at all.
😂 Easy and not stressful?! 😂 Well I'm glad they come across that way! Although I can tell you I was pretty stressed the couple of times I died! Lol! Still, I'm glad you liked it. For me, finding the Bastion under my portal was a nice surprise. And for the most part it wasn't raided. . . I could tell someone had been to the bottom part of it but had missed finding the chests at the top. So, yeah, I lucked out on that one!
It was working perfectly fine but I think it just some how it just doesn’t make anything happen when I press the *2 button, maybe because my friend put a button in instead of a diamond
Hello. Unless something happened to the item-sorting hopper behind the input dropper, putting a button inside the dropper should not have broken anything. You say nothing happens when you hit the "Advance Bet" button? Or does nothing happen when you hit the Start Betting button? Do you hear a chime sound when you start the game? Make sure you still have items in the droppers at 19:24 and 49:18.
Hello. Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try resetting a couple of circuits: The first is at 24:50. Make sure the item in the droppers are in the top right dropper. The next section is at 25:25. Make sure the 4 items are starting in the dropper on the left. Lastly, make sure the repeater at 26:40 is on a 2-tick delay. Also, if I may ask, Is your machine built mostly in 1 chunk or is it built half-way over a chunk border? That could affect how the machine behaves.
Hey thank you for your reply, the item that should be in the top dropper always goes down after use, and the 4 items is in the left dropper, and the Reapeter is in two tick delay Edit: is the item in the two dropper always going to be in the bottom dropper since that's what happends after use ,the machine is in the middle of an chunk border could that be the problem? If it is is there anything else to do then rebuild to fix it? I realised that after you have pressed claim bet the piston with the slime block dont reset on the 32
@@ThePurpleDuck_YT Hello. Unfortunately I believe you have hit upon the problem - The machine is built on a chunk border. You have listed most of the symptoms of that problem. The monostable circuit (23:53) is finicky and the redstone messes up when it is near, or has a chunk border passing through it. I have plans to redo this machine in the future to minimize or eliminate this issue by redesigning that circuit. However, the only way at the moment to fix it is by moving it to the middle of a chunk. The machine is long enough that it will overhang the sides of the chunk by a couple of blocks, but it should still work at that point. If you have the means, I would suggest testing this in a creative copy of your world. You can use a structure block to move the whole machine over, in to the middle of a chunk, without needing to manually rebuild the whole thing.
Yo what's up, I have a problem where everything works except it only pays out once I advance to the 64 payout. The other 1,2,4,8,16, and 32 don't dispense into the barrel. If I try to cash out at a lower number it makes the ding noise and resets but just no pay out. I'm pretty sure I've tracked it to the decaying clock up by the corner just not activating for some reason. Any other input/help would be appreciate 😅I've spent a while just re watching to see if I missed something, but to no avail.
Hello. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. Yours is a unique problem. Out of curiosity - do you have redstone dust on all the grey blocks, starting at 43:40? About the only way I can think of for the machine to not pay out on any but level 64 is if you are missing the redstone dust in front of the repeaters and comparators.
WOW, killed 1 Elder Gardian and got the Trim... How many did Kai and Jax kill and get nothing from? 12? Interesting Boat. I mean... half in the water and half 100 blocks up. Nice.
That's what I thought was so funny about the last comment you made about all their trims and how you thought they were missing the tide trim. My thought was - Oh, that was fairly easy! Lol! 👍
Hello. Is it not paying out any diamonds, for any color combination . . . even if it is a color that you didn't choose? (ie - paying on a loosing color?) The issue could actually be in a few different places. Starting with the easiest: Are there diamonds in the dropper (10:00) that is under the slab where the payments are supposed to come out? If not, are the diamonds being blocked up between that dropper and the payment-in hoppers? If the game hits a win by landing on the color that you've chosen, do you hear any chiming sound from the win, even if it does not pay out? Related to that - is the comparator put in at 32:40 in subtract mode? Do the cauldrons in the block-swapper have the correct amounts of water in them? In the payment out circuit (pink line) are the observers facing in the correct direction? Did you remove all temporary blocks placed during the Bet-Comparison and Cauldron Payment Sections (especially at 34:45)? Those are the main spots that come to my mind right off. It's difficult to diagnose without hearing about more of what it is doing/not doing. Have you tried downloading the sample world to compare the machine there against your own . . . It might help you spot the problem that way. If you can think of anything else to say about how it is working that could help pinpoint the problem you can let me know. Good luck!
@@VoidedandLost thanks for the help. even if it's the winning colours, the diamonds don't dispense. I've noticed that the cauldron and hopper aren't being pushed but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the red stone
I'm sorry to hear that. If you haven't done so yet, double check the Payment- in circuit ( 4:14 ) to make sure it is correct. Without knowing more of what is going on that is the best I can recommend at the moment. Hopefully you can spot where the issue is without too much difficulty.
Deep Dark is hard to tell where the Blocks are (and more importantly, where they are not). And the change in Food Saturation still makes me mad. YAY Diamonds!! YAY Portal!! The only good thing about all that Skulk under your base is if you need XP you can wander down with a Gardening Tool (for fast, it breaks instantly) or even try breaking it with the Tools you need to Mend. It will also uncover the Ores as you go along. Moss will convert Deepslate (and Tuff I think, as well as the Stones and Dirt) but not the Ores and I think the Skulk Catalyst does the same thing with the XP from killing Mobs. I don't think it makes new Blocks, but it converts what is already there to Skulk.
Interesting. I would not have thought the Skulk could be broken quickly with a hoe. I will have to give it a try. I found a diamond hoe in one of the woodland mansions I can use. What I really need to do is get a bonemeal farm going so I can do things like grow the moss blocks. . . . and everything else I need. 😅 It just takes time!
This really is the best tip!! There is a Toggle in Settings about the Co Ords in Chat (or something). Then at the top of the Chat Screen there is the "My Co Ordinates" and a Copy button... but you have to paste them into the Chat message and press enter for them to show up. It is clunky (they could possibly have made it so the Co Ords copied to Chat directly instead of the Clipboard... maybe?), but it works and is wonderful. Best thing is it can be used Single Player too. BUT it will disappear from the chat when you log out (as all things do). You can write them down on paper if you need to.
😅 Yes, I only saw it there when I was editing the video. In game I think I kept missing it because it was dark. (That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it! Lol.) I'm just glad I didn't give up looking for it, since I thought it had probably already de-spawned. 👍
You are having so much luck! None of those Creepers blew you up!! There is Acacia Trees behind Spawn too. Vex Armour Trim is my favourite (and the only one I would use supposing I would use any). It is purely decorative and one uses the Smithing Table to put it on your Armour, and you can pick any colour to use with it. You can even have Diamond on Diamond (or whatever same colour (Iron, Netherite or Gold) you picked (or make a statement with Red or Green (or Amethyst!! for Purple)). One should really copy it until one has 5 copies of the Template (or more depending on your Diamond Stores since each copy takes 7 Diamonds). To use Netherite (for Tools or Armour) takes a special Upgrade Template that copies the same sort of way. Kai went exploring and set up some fun for Judd and Jax for a Stream. Kai knew what was coming, but the other two had no idea and they went around defeating the structures. People complained that there was not enough Calcite so they added it in large veins on 1 of the new Mountain types. In a Vanilla texture pack it is almost as smoothly white as Smooth Quartz, where yours shows it kind of lumpy. Nice mountains!! YAY Base area set!!
Oh, cool! Thank you for all the info about the armor trims! Lol! I'm glad Kai, Judd and Jax missed finding the secret attic! Some times it pays to be a scavenger - Iet someone else fight the mobs and then come in after to clean up the scraps. 😅 I sort of want to go around and see how many more armor trims I can find now too. It could be a fun little treasure hunt. I'm curious about the pottery jugs I saw at Lovedust's base too. If I'm not mistaken those have to be found as well? ... There is so much I have to do yet!
@@VoidedandLost They still have not gotten the Ocean Monument Trim (whatever it is called) I think. It has a "Chance" to drop when you kill the Elder Guardians. Pots can be made with 4 regular Bricks (Clay Balls cooked in a Furnace) in a diamond pattern in the Crafting Table. It will be blank, but you can put a Pottery Sherd in any one of those places (or all of them!) (and get it back by breaking the Pot if it is in the wrong spot). Pots can store 1 kind of Item. Sherds can be found using a Brush (1 Feather, 1 Stick, 1 Copper Ingot together in a Crafting Table) on Sus Sand or Sus Gravel (suspicious sand and gravel can NOT be Silk Touched and if it falls (they are Gravity Blocks) then the Item it contains breaks and it becomes regular sand or gravel). Unlike Trims, the Sherds can not be Copied. Sus Sand can be found in Warm Ocean Ruins (sandy bottom Oceans), Desert Temples (there is a new 'room' for that) and in and around Desert Wells. Sus Gravel can be found in Cold Ocean Ruins (gravely bottom Oceans) and Trail Ruins (they are massive). Trail Ruins can be found in Jungles, Taigas, Snowy Taigas and the Old Forests of Pine, Spruce and Birch. There was a big bug where the "Top" of the Ruins would be peaking out (normal) but then there would be a large gap (filled with Stone and Dirt) between it and the underground part of the Ruins. It has been fixed now, but BrokeRock Season 6 was started when it was broken (IDK if that will matter if you find one that has not been explored until now or not, so I thought I would warn you).
@@d4r4butler74 Oh wow! Thank you for the information. That will definitely come in handy! It might also explain some of the underwater excavation I've been seeing in the ocean near me. So Kai and Jax don't have the Ocean Monument trim . . . . interesting. :-)
@@VoidedandLost Funny... I just saw a vein of Calcite on a Mountain... it looks exactly like yours. I don't remember the colouring that makes it look like a cloud in Geodes... but then again, I don't really look apparently. Too dazzled by the Purple and music notes.
Thank you! Yes, finding food was a bit rough. But things were a bit easier since the pathways and nether portals were already set up. On the whole, it was cool to see what other people had already gotten done. 👍
Also... I never knew how much I would like the Woodland Mansion without the interior walls. OK, some of the Floor planks need to be changed from Oak to Birch to match the rest, but it looks so different opened up like that.
I've had a look at his video. It's quite an impressive machine! Although it will take me a while to translate it to Bedrock redstone, I've added it to my list. Thank you for the suggestion!
YAY!!! Thank you for exploring! That was an interesting Portal Glitch (Callie died to that one because it dropped her into Lava). How much do you want to know about all the things you saw? I too love that Table design!! Didn't see it so much when Lovedust was showing us around after building everything. Lovedust just planted the Fields for decoration, I don't think she has ever harvested them. Sniffers dig up ancient seeds, like the Torch Flower Seeds and the Pitcher Pods (those are the Flowers in Lovedust's Tunnel) and you breed the Sniffers with them as well. BTW I have no idea why you couldn't find Judd's base tunnel from the Purple Tunnel.
Thank you Dara! I'm glad I saw Lovedust's base first. The creativity was definitely inspirational for getting back in to Minecraft. I did not know you use those items to breed the Sniffers. Do the new flowers just add new dye colors to the game? . . .It seems like they should if they don't. I did (a few days after this) find Judd's tunnel and base on my way to the Mining Desert. However, when I passed it in the purple hallway I didn't explore it because it wasn't decorated or labeled . . . and then when I was coming back down the hall I was anxious to find food and didn't want to take anymore side trips. 😅 Sometimes I get distracted too easily on what I am doing in the game.
@@VoidedandLost I think Torch Flowers make Orange Dye, and I am not sure about Pitcher Plants, I don't think they are purple though. Judd did the maths for his base by hand and I have since pointed out the Minecraft Shapes web site (s) that could have helped him. It is incredible!! and colourful. He has a Map going on a Wall. Kai designed the Nether Hub, and he streamed building it, mostly with Judd's help; Jax showed up a few times when he could. The 3 of them died a lot, and it was fun watching them. Not really sure Kai knows who the Crafter is, so that was lots of fun. He might now... although I thought it was pretty obvious...
@@d4r4butler74 😀 I did not know who designed the hub. I will say it really had me confused at first when I got there. They did a great job with it! And it's also been pretty fantastic seeing everyone's bases after a year's worth of work on them. I'm hoping I can catch up.... although, with the unusually warm weather this year, I'm already back to work. It's been an incredibly short break for me. 😢
Wow what an awesome episode. 😊 your welcome to the stuff in the chest it’s just some random end gear we came back with. Great to have you with us this season 😊
