DOUBLE REACTION | SHINee - Excuse Me Miss and Onew Solo (Rainy Blue) at Tokyo Dome | Meanest Beans 

The reason why the audience screams so load and Onew cries during this performance is because this was Onew's first solo performance since having vocal surgery. It was a really scary surgery because there was no guarantee that he would ever be able to sing again, let along at the same quality as he did before the surgery. Onew spent about 3 months after his surgery not being able to speak at all in order to give his vocal cords time to heal and then he had to learn to sing all over again. This performance was proof to himself and the fans that he could still do it and that nothing had changed. This song was also super meaningful because the original songwriter had the same surgery as Onew and he was never able to sing again.The songwriter composed Rainy Blue after his surgery and the song is about how he felt now that he had to give up something that was so precious to him, etc. The song is kind of saying how the world around him kept moving forward while time stood still for him during his recovery because of how hard it was to deal with the fact that he might not be able to keep singing. For the writer, he kept chasing the happiness of singing but sadly could no longer do so. Luckily Onew's surgery had a much better outcome than the composer and it seems to not have had much of an affect on his voice. Thank goodness because the world would be a much sadder place if we could no longer hear Onew's beautiful voice. :D

Okay so rainy blue is originally from a Japanese singer who went through the same thing onew did but wasn't able to continue singing afterwards. The way I relate it(to onews experience) the song is kinda saying how the world around kept moving forward while time stood still for him during this time because of how hard it was to deal with the fact that he might not be able to keep singing. For the writer, he kept chasing the happiness of singing but sadly could no longer do so. When I think if it this way and how lonely onew must have felt, the song feels so much deeper.

Onew'voice is softly and beautiful

It was his first stage after a really hard time.. He had a vocal cords surgery and he have to stay silent for 6months in order to not loose his voice... And for a vocalist just the fear of it is huge... After that he did this amazing perfect performance of rainy blue it's originally a Japanese artist song and what person did go through the same surgery.. 😢😢

You mentioned about EXO's Playboy vibes from Excuse me miss, but actually Jonghyun wrote that song for the group ;)
