Thanks this video helped. My only issue is the cutter. I have a cutter like you and it does not cut that clean. The blade is new so I think I will invest in a heavy duty cutter.

Why is it not giving me an option to just dow load, is there a charge now? It only says “download with Canva pro” meaning I have to subscribe and pay.

That means that you used a format or element that was for pro only. Go back, look at your image and see if any of your elements have a crown next to it. If so, you will need to replace it with a free option.
