I love how easy and achievable you have made your video, and I am SO EXCITED about your templates and book!! I will be ordering these, and following along. I have wanted a double wedding ring quilt since the very first time I laid eyes on this pattern probably 25 years ago, but have always been too scared to try it! I wish you would have told us which letter you were using for the cutting of the scrappy ring. I have ordered your book but I can have the pieces cut out and begin the arcs prior to receiving the book.

I ordered your book and templates about a year ago, but I just started it. I've only completed two of the rings, but they look as if the arches are too long. I used the templates: H, C, D, and E, but I can't figure out what went wrong.

The best way is to cut and sew pieces for a scrap Double Wedding Ring. There is a diagram in the book to set your scant 1/4" seam allowance. Hope this is helpful.

Should have listened to you better, Shar. I did a really dumb thing - again. I only watched part I then got carried away. I was going to watch part II after cutting the pieces out, but I started sewing. Now most of the arcs are too short or shaped wrong. I think I will just start over from the beginning. What a mess.
