DOUBLELIFT - PRO GUIDE: "Jinx" 

As a jinx main, I agree with the overview of how you should play her. But there are specific details and tricks to jinx as well. For example, if you are getting ganked by the enemy jungler and can't E to block his route for reasons, drop your traps on yourself or slightly ahead of the path you need to run to escape, you can do the same when fighting a melee champ 1v1, use traps on yourself and kite him around it. If he's trapped, follow up with W meanwhile poking him in minigun form. Another trick I like to use is W, R combo. I've killed countless half-hp enemies using this. The best instance to use this is when you are getting twr dived by an enemy.

As a jinx main as well jinx crit damage is extremely good so id suggest going with zeal into infinity edge and build into hurricane generally any crit attack item is amazing as her W can crit in late game if u get pretty much more than 40% crit rate and does massive damage

As for patch 6.4-6.5 goes, and the build in this video is outdated, i would like to share a little of my knowleadge about what works good for me -Start: Doran's/cull -Into mid game/Mid game: Rush Statik Shivv (95% of the times. The other 5% is when you need the long range poke from your aa from the Rapid Fire Cannon, yet i believe it falls off late game in favor of IE or SS), finish IE or BT, rush Runaan's (insane wave clear, AOE, great objective damage too) Get boots whenever you have money just for them, or left money for them(you want to delay them if you can get another major item, but always have tier 1 boots) -Into late game/Late game: Armor pen/damage/defense. If one of their tanks get out of controll you want to delay your midgame build and get armor pen. If they have self-healing, make sure to get griveous wounds. Damage: IE, BT(or Mercurial) Defence: Mercurial, Banshee's As a bonus, you always want to set waves to push, then group mid(or any lane) with your teammates(clearing jungle in process). you can ask your tank and/or rupport to get banner of command/zz portal so one of the enemies have to defend the side towers, while you guys keep sieging and taking down objectives There is an amazing video by Phylol explaining wich AS item is the best for your needs, so make sure to check it out
