For this recipe you will need:
Bara dough
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp brown/white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp oil to coat dough
1-1/2 cups warm water
Channa
2 cups boiled channa (or tin)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp geera powder
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt (or to your taste)
1 tbsp Chadon Beni (or fresh green seasoning)
2-3 cups water
