If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy. Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements. Who didn't want peace? One fundamental reform that is needed is that Corporates should be debarred from making donations to political parties. Let the rich individuals make donations out of their personal after tax wealth but not corporates. I am very grateful about Douglas MacGregor’s brilliant, detailed, convincing analysis of the present strategic situation in Near East, Ukraine, NATO etc., but his conclusions make me also ask more for concrete ideas how the faulty political systems can/must actually be fundamentally reformed by a different constitutional law, different institutionalization, different penalizing procedures for criminals, monopolies, exploiters, war profiteers in office or in CEO position. The American, European, Chinese way of corporocracy and impunity for billionaires is failing the world. So, which reforms and changes of law and behaviors are actually necessary, that is the question
Excellent points from the Colonel, as usual, but one big error. If you ask serious historians, diverse societies, markedly in ancient times, increase wealth substantially and are not unstable. It's complicated, and the issue can be wrought with confounding factors, not to mention the appearance of many modern failures, but do your homework, talk to serious historians face to face and ask them for yourself.

To gain control of our respective members of CONgress, I propose amendment to Our United States Constitution (Article Five of the United States Constitution) REQUIRING the respective legislators to be domiciled at their respective state Capitol District Office where their respective constituents can observe them, live, in their district office. This would be similar to how state legislators conduct state business.
