YO I got this chair a couple years back and my arm rests are worn out to the point that they are starting to desintegrate... I have discovered there are sharp pointy screws in them which point upwards towards your forearm... I managed to pierce my skin on them multiple times by accident. I just wanted to ask who the f came up with that idea? To put sharp metal objects in the arm rests which point at you? You know Im not really into that Masochist kink but if that is your target audience then you did a great job with this chair!

Hey I got 3 of the rubber circle pieces and only used 2 what did I miss and I also missed 1 of the little screws but I didn’t see that in this video

One of the bolts on the side of the chair that’s used to install the armrest is sideways so I can’t even screw in the left arm rest … Anyone else have this problem?

Love the design of the chair says it supports upto 350lbs i broke it at 240lbs at the bottom because it's wood and not metal plate. If they can fix that in the design it's perfect.

I just bought it, after few days DPD bring it. 27kg witch is massive! Chair is deep, assambly was pretty easy exept aiming screws in backrest (i had to cut a bit of plastic foil inside). So i start to testing comfort, we will see after spending whole day writting code ;P For now i think foot rest should have a bit longer sticks coz' pillow start in end of knees. Sad thing is "made in china", but - wheels are rly good quality, moving smoothly, this wheel holder(?) made in rly hard and heavy plastic. I would rly pay more if u wolud put in whole chair this sponge witch is in head pillow. (back pillow should have same sponge). Im scare about 2 points with sharp ends ( this L part placment) witch they push this "skin", so after while i gues it will just cut material in this area.

Hi I just got a delivery of my order but the recliner is stiff. I’ve tried lifting the lever once as per the manual instructions but nothing is working. Please any help for me?

What’s the USB plug for on the cushion? There’s nothing in the instructional manual about it

How tf do you attach the legs of the base into each other? They legit just don’t fit and the book tutorial says nothing about it

I cannot for the life of me get the spokes of the base to click into place in the star shaped center piece. So I pull up this handy assembly video. And whaddyaknow? You skip this step and show the base already assembled. What. The. Fuck.
