First time doing the skip at the beginning, which involves two dragons!
Skipping that high wall has been in the minds of speedrunners since about 6 years but no one had a way to get it done, because we couldn't bounce on the top dragon from above.
2 years ago (iirc) it was theorized that getting the higher of the 2 first dragons to go right would allow to bounce on the toip dragon. The first lead was using a coinblock, which is now thought to be almost impossible. Since a few days, a new lead of triggering a slow dragon right from entry, with a small jump, was suggested by Vankata. He got the first reversal using a duckjump.
My goal was to implemented this trick in a full level, in the same conditions as a full game run. It is not a valid level speedrun because of two things:
I use a mod that helps me set directly the speeds of the dragons
I start as Big Tux, which is an unvalid way to submit a level speedrun
However, we are getting close to have this skip in a full run (which uses RNG manip). I find it still very hard to get a reversal, but maybe with some practice it could become consistent...
On a level side, I just need to top that off with the regular late dragonskip, and we'll get a potionless run of the level!
