I beg to differ, I am at saia now and the night dispatched here at the Fontana terminal is going to make me quit this great company and go work for Old Dominion. When I got hired I wanted to retire from here, now that thought is long gone . . . .
Hi Calikidd 710- first we want to thank you for being a dedicated employee. We appreciate all of your hard work and we are proud to have you on our team. We are very concerned with your feedback and wish to speak to you further. Can you please send an email to humanresources@saia.com regarding the issues you are having with your dispatch team so we can look into this? We hate for you to quit and want to work to make this right.
Average saia employee is 8 yrs. I guess ppl don't retire there. They told me that I left the interview no union no overtime got to fight the corp greed
Well, whether you retire there or not it's completely up to the company. because it's a non-union environment like you so proudly say, you could walk into work one day and your boss not like the way you look and fire your ass just because of that, then I guess you'll have to find some other place to retire.
Union sure helped Consolidated Freightways. Went home for Labor Day weekend and came back to sign on the gate with a phone number to a recorded message saying they didn’t have a job anymore. So I guess they had to retire somewhere else.
