Thanks for the update! 😊👍 Looks one of the nicer buildings. Plenty of student towers planned. One a Simpson Haugh green one on Charles St next to the Maldron Hotel. It's a surface car park. From a distance you can see the difference, looking at the skyline from MCFC etc. The Lowry landscape with a forest of business chimneys almost gone, replaced by a forest of towers.

So many are in denial - these are cold, monotonous and uninspiring boxes... done-on-the-cheap-looking as well. Massive opportunities squandered.
