Prepare to relive the twentieth anniversary of Download Festival. Thank you to everyone who made this years the best one yet! FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM: / thedilgram ADD//FOLLOW ME ON FACEBOOK: / dylan.lonsdale.9
We were caught in the traffic chaos on Wednesday 😭. We left IOW on the 8:30am Ferry and finally got into west car park at 1:30 am on Thursday. We had a great time though. Awesome vlog 💜
Download was epic. Wasn't bothered by the heat, always got water, had a blast! Only downside was the wait to get onto site but other than that, no complaints!
Gazebo pro tip - put the tarp over the top BEFORE you put the lower legs on :) This year was amazing, did miss the extra day of mooching around though. Can't wait for next year! Thanks for letting us relive it just a little, still have the post-DL blues lol
Brilliant guys! Love the bit @16mins your talking about the showers lol...usually a prerogative to be Naked/partially naked in a shower is it not lol. I Seriously can't wait to get to next years!
Gonna have to watch this in 2 parts, bloody amazing festival, this is nostalgic already! Glad I caught you briefly, I'll comment properly after I've finished watching the whole video
@@TheDilCamAmazing to relive these experiences through someone else's POV! My phone ran out of memory at Motionless in White and they were soo damn good! I had many highlights! Keep bringing the goods my dude :)
We arrived at 9.45 at night to accessible camp because of the traffic on the A42, and then they closed the road so we had to go round 🙈 it was a bit of a nightmare. Not as bad as our friends in camper van who didn’t arrive until 12.30! We left at 10am from the same place, should of been a 2.5 hour drive. Still had an amazing weekend!!! Love the video 😁😁
HAHAHA just came across this, PLEASE can you send/can we use the video of you saying “this is weird, this is weird” during our set at Doghouse 😂😂😂 needs to be our promo for this year’s set! Great video btw 😂🙏
Good old Dustload! It was an insane experience! Even tho it felt like 60c most days 😂😂 I think I spotted you and Saffron a couple of times, but you were either busy or had people around you 😂😂
Dylan, what was the logo of your t shirt that you were wearing when you were making your way to the festival by car. The camera kept moving and I couldn't work out what the logo was. Is it a band? And if so, who? Inquiring minds want to know :) Setup looks fab by the way.
Brilliant vlog dude! Wish I could’ve met you and I was the same on Sunday and went to the car to relax for abit before heading back to the arena, they definitely needed more water points
I am not sure you meant with the comment about Metallica only playing new stuff on Thursday night. Only 3 songs came of the new album and 1 song off Death Magnetic. Everything else was old stuff.
@@TheDilCamelt so sorry for those coming in so late. Walked back from Doghouse at 1.30 past what looked like refugees..having to traipse all the way across to quiet from North..Ended up moving our gazebo a bit at 2am to let two Scottish lads in that had been stuck on a coach from London for 9 hours. Great blog though🤘
I thought I recognised you, I was standing to the left of Connor when he was wearing the cloud glasses when Parkway Drive was on, I have the same angle of the guy in the Indiana Jones hat and the guy with frosted tips to his right. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-s61tOzzwMPY.html Small World!
I don't get UK metal festivals (apart from Bloodstock) Why would you pay so much money to walk miles and be treated like a farm animal when you could go to Graspop MM, Waken or Hellfest etc?
