I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Downriders Motorcycle Club trip in August 2024. It was to the Lake District in England. This video details our trips out and where we stayed.
I have to thank Richard and all the members for their hospitality, it was a fun few days. I would also like to thank Michael and Zena for the invite to the event. I was much appreciated.

Really enjoyed a good watch. Sadly the days of pothole free biking are long gone. The sense of freedom that being out on a bike gives you lives with us for ever. Honda 400F. Cheers pal.

Thanks so much for your kind comments. As you say, pot holes are just a fact of life now. On a motorcycle is the best way to travel. Probably as you are not cocooned in a metal box. Thanks so much for watching.

Nice one Gary all the roads you rode in the Lake District i hiked them with Brian, Ricky and Trevor. In relation to the power station at Sellafield my father William was in charge of putting in all the air ducting systems in the plant before i was even born. Cheers Gary for all your help at Armoy this year. Gixer looking well.✌

I think I prefer riding the motorbike to hiking in the hills there. That was the first time I had been near Sellafield. I'm sure it is an interesting place. Glad I was of help at Armoy. I see you managed to get plenty of content out there.
