To me downsizing is good feeling of uncomplicating life. because I had more time than money I was able to do it over a period time, especially during the Covid shutdowns, which gave me something to do. I had alot to sell, donate and metal to scrap, but there was still alot to be thrown out that I was able to put out on balk day eliminating the cost of disposable. it is a very good feeling to have a less complicated life

Exactly the video I am looking for. Hi Jared :) You've already replied to one of my questions and we will definitely contact you as soon as there's a more solid plan. I'm just curious....heard so much positive things about the northwest quadrant of Calgary. However, after watching this video and listening to this couple, it looks like the southeast will actually work better for us as we want to be a walk away from coffee shops, trails, breweries, more than being nearer the rockies. We really are looking for a new condo apartment. Just watched one of your other videos and you mentioned that you can also help us with new construction... not sure, though, if you're limited to detached only or can you also help us find a new condo apartment like this couple? Also, do you have a slight idea how much is the HOA for new condo apartments? Maybe, the couple will be able to tell us. Thank you.
