A million or less for townhouses and condos (but also interested in houses). Can also speak about any potential HOA fees too. Would like to see more of the area as well :) !
I know exactly where this is! Even saw Broiler Bay on the corner when you walked down the street. My dad has been going there since high school in the ‘80s! So crazy to see someone I watched on RU-vid growing up doing something they love in an area familiar to me. Good for you
if you did a whole cash jordan or eric conover sort of content, more in the average price range would be so cool..i love watching cash jordan even though i’m never going to move to new york
I'm not looking to relocate to Seattle - but I still love watching these! A tour of a junky fixer upper and your opinion of how you'd reno it would be a good one
I love this! I live in Bellevue with my family and always drive by townhomes like this and wonder how they look like inside. I think a townhome is my top choice for what style of home I'd be looking for whenever I'm ready to live on my own.
Lol I can see my apartment from one of the windows in your video 😂😂 Downtown Bellevue is a really quiet place to live. A lot of restaurants on Main Street. A huge mall and more restaurants/bars on Bellevue Way. The Meydenbauer Park is my favorite place to chill (I usually grab some take-outs and enjoy the view to Washington Lake). There's a kayak rental place right there if you're into this kind of activity. Night life may not be as active as Seattle, but for sure will fit the lifestyle of many.
I just personally love looking at houses (inside, outside) and how each room and space can be decorated with basic furniture pieces, etc. My dad is an architect and I imagine myself getting into space planning and/or interior design when I retire haha so I've been really enjoying your house showing content. This will probably not be up on your alley but I think it might be good if you create some content or share information for audience who might be looking to "rent" a place vs "buy". I suggest this for two reasons. First, a selfish one. I am looking for a place to rent with my partner for the next year, and we are both in a PhD program, which means we're working on a qualitatively different budget range. I've been using Zillow, Craiglist, a couple of Facebook pages but it's hard for me to get a big picture, and I really want to be able to find a "gem"... Second, I think such content might help expand your audience group. I would imagine more of your viewers are relatively young (in their 20s or 30s) who may not be necessarily looking to "buy" a property yet (e.g., those who just got a job in Seattle, grad students like us) but on the look out for good rentals. My comment got way longer than I intended it to be, but in sum, love all the videos in this channel, love Seattle, and I adore you as a person too!!
Love this. Too bad this isn’t in my salary range 😂. How often would a buyer pay cash for this? Are the price harder to get approved for? Keep posting these. You love your house tours.
If I got the money, I want to live in the house where 50 shades of grey are shot at. If I remember it correctly, the building is located at the center of Seattle downtone
I’m super surprised to find you have a real estate channel and you’re a realtor. Haven’t you been a RU-vidr forever? Why become a realtor? I suppose the commissions are pretty high in a HCOL area like Seattle.
What is a good private school in Seattle for the juvenile delinquent? I ask on behalf of my sister-in-law and her juvenile delinquent daughter who are moving from Nashville, TN over the Christmas holidays. Her daughter is fifteen, so she cannot legally drive without an adult in the car. Nevertheless, she enjoys sneaking out and taking her mom's car on joyrides after her mom goes to bed at night. She also enjoys smoking crack and weed, drinking, skipping school, dressing like a skank, and talking smack to her mom when her mom says anything critical to her about her doings. Her mom does not want her to attend a school at which her classmates are apt to have a potentially negative influence on her.
maybe I'm superstitious...but I think it is bad luck to have stairs leading directly to the front door...I know a lot of houses, especially townhomes, are designed this way...but it is really bad feng shu. Why do they do it???! I could never buy a home that was designed this way.
