🌿Thank you for sharing the beautiful video of Bellevue! The quality and content are truly exceptional, and it's clear that you have a deep understanding of the area's unique charm. Also a fan of Bellevue's natural beauty, amenities and golf courses, but I've come to realize that Mill Creek may very well be the ultimate suburban oasis. Mill Creek's comparative price point and unique blend of amenities and lifestyle is hard to beat. In fact, you'd typically only find this level of luxury and convenience in downtown Kirkland, possibly NW Woodway, and only select Bellevue neighborhoods near Lake Washington. So, what specifically sets Mill Creek apart? Most Mill Creek residents can easily access a range of desirable lifestyle amenities and destinations on foot or by bike along a scenic private paved hiking trail, or by walking along our beautiful sidewalks to their destination: • Top-rated schools • Cafes, restaurants with patios, and gourmet grocery stores • Fitness centers, private golf course, and country club • Swim and tennis clubs, pickle ball and tennis courts, and beautifully maintained parks, and nature preserves with over 23 miles of private paved trails • Exquisite neighborhoods also featuring homes by Murray Franklyn and the Buchans Mill Creek is only 23-27 minutes away from Bellevue, which translates to on average a 40-50 minute commute which is similar to the commute to #Issaquah and #Sammamish, as such it's an attractive alternative your clients might appreciate. Thank you for also sharing on RU-vid your video on Mill Creek . 🌿ru-vid.comgaming/emoji/7ff574f2/emoji_u1f33f.png
Feel me... You're young. You move from Southern California to Puget Sound in 1998. RAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Don't carry an umbrella. Do wear socks with sandals. It's OK, EVEN PREFERRED to have a boat. Let's face it, those break too. Long story short, I raised two children in Island/King/Snohomish counties, while my husband worked in King County for MANY years. Kids grown. Mom and Dad SPLIT for Austin, TX in 2017. NOT SORRY.
I am definitely thinking of relocating to Washington State from Colorado. I love Colorado. I was born here. Lived most of my life here. But, in my retirement years, I am so weary of our increasingly poor air quality and paying large amounts of state income tax. So, I was looking for a similar Blue State and as you have no state income tax…well, you get the idea. Seattle was never a consideration. Bellevue and Kirkland are. Is Bellevue sufficiently inland to avoid any significant activity along the Cascadia Subduction? What, if any, FBO in King County do you recommend? Do the municipal administrations of Bellevue and Kirkland have good records of sound governance?
Either you don't live in Bellevue, or have recently moved there, or like many Bellevue citizens just don't pay attention. While Bellevue has a very low homicide rate, its crime rate ranks it at the top of the worst compared to similar sized cities across the country. Oh and I've lived in multiple parts of Bellevue for 50 years.
I'm from NY but live in PA now and I have always loved Seattle. After learning about Bellevue, I plan to make that move in April. I will definitely reach out to you. Thank you for this video.
I moved last year from PA to Colorado but I can’t with Colorado’s weather. It’s super dry and sunny . I am looking for a state similar to PA and I feel is Washington state.
Would you happen to know if OuterWall is still leasing those townhomes in Issaquah near 34th Street ?!? We may choose that particular location to visit. Many Thanks Yo ! 🔜. ✈️. 🎯
I moved to WA from Hawaii in 2014 at that time my husband had a house in Bremerton and he got a job at Expedia. Long commute so we decided to move closer. We lived in Downtown Bellevue for 5 years until pandemic hit. My husband walks 10 minutes to work and I used to work at Crate and Barrel. Working from home now doesn’t make sense to keep renting there. My favorite part is Bellevue park. I feel safe there.
Hi - thanks for the video. The wife and I are considering a move to Seattle. We’re noting a material psf variance between Seattle itself and Bellevue by several hundred $ per square foot. Presumably, given their proximity, you can still find very safe and affordable neighbourhoods in Seattle proper as well?
Nobody considers Bellevue a suburb of Seattle anymore...maube 20 years ago, but not now. Bellevue is its own thing now like Tacoma and Everett is.. You may as well consider this area a mini Bay Area now, where Bellevue is San Jose.
Hi Bryce! Look, I got to be the first comment! I will send you a proper email after I watch this RU-vid...however, I'm interested in Carnation! Thanks, Rich VanGogh
