They’re the only reason I was invested in the show. What they both brought to the depth of the story by being together was something that blew me away. I was so sad when they died.
While I can see how Travis' behaviour could be misinterpreted, I can assure you as an Aussie myself, this is how we tease and torment people we genuinely like and/or love. We love to make those near and dear squirm through teasing because we love to see the reaction and it's funny. If an Aussie ever behaves this way towards you take it as a compliment, it means we like you enough to lovingly torment you! Lol! :)
@moon3267 the WORST??? Seriously? That is a laughable statement when there are horrible people out there mentally abusing spouses and loved ones. Or bullies abusing victims. This is nothing compared to those kinds of abuse!
What I love about the Entire Vikings Cast is that they know how to have fun. Travis’s •Ragnar• teasing is all in good fun & the entire cast knows it too. Travis •Ragnar• is very well known for pulling pranks on set hehe & even off set which is super funny too.
Great dynamic between Travis and George. It definitely played out on screen. The two characters Ragnar and Athelstan grew very close. It was interesting that Ragnar offered him a ménage a tois with his wife, but the Monk refused. When Athelstan dies, Ragnar was devastated.
What an incredible list of actors, between remember ing the lines, make up, fighting scenes WOW, but most important is the chemistry between the actors that the main ingredient for success
The rest of the interview, which also includes Clive Standen and Gustaf Skarsgård, will be posted this next week. Also coming, 30 minutes with Michael Hirst.
The whole interview is on youtube as well and i can assure you it isn't just a kiss, there are soooo more many moments of them in that one 26 minute interview 😍🙈
Mini small, you took the words right out of my mouth! My husband, his brother, all their mates.....they all act like this. And trust me NONE of them are gay! As an American expat it took me a while to get my head around the Aussie sense of humour.......now I've got it myself! Great fun. ;)
Ok yes it is cute, adorable and all. However...way to put the poor man on the spot publicly! I don't know the full back story, on the surface it does seem a bit inconsiderate. Love this show and it's people. :)
Sorry, but I disagree. Our sense of humor, Aussie style humor, will push the boundaries of anything, not to be rude or offensive, but to get a laugh out of everyone around, especially the person we are trying to goat. Its just our culture.
I'm sort of getting the feeling that his buddy is gay and he is teasing him a bit about it. Hell, I'm evil enough that I'm sure I would do it as well. ;)
