Fabric sizes
8 x 5 inches (20.3 x 12.7cm) for 6 inch DPN needles
10 x 5 inches (25.4 x 12.7cm) for 8 inch DPN and flyer needles
Press stud placement
1 5/8 inch (4.1cm) from side and 3/4 inch (1.6cm) from edge for 6 inch DPN needles
2 5/8 inch (6.7cm) from side and 3/4 inch (1.6cm) from edge for 8 inch DPN needles

Mine are an old purchase from Ebay. They are called CAM snaps and I purchases size 5 snaps. Alternatively you can get them from Prym.
