When the song switched up in "So I danced" It's because one of his personality which is Mito finished the song not Ian but here Ian/ Insanity did the whole song when I say both It's because most of the time Ian is co-fronting or blending with Insanity so It's both of them doing it ( co-fronting is when multiple personalities are at the front consciousness)

He's such a creative genius imo And regarding your questions: >His music is very layered and each song is its very own style and yes, he likes to change tempo, does switch-ups & has these epic drops in many of his songs. Check out "Winterfall". >He's not acted. And he keeps saying that he can't act. He just happens to be "in character" when they film ie, his respective downs (Mito) and ups (Mr Insanity). He used to be in a K-Pop group tho. >And he's totally hands on with all the of the creative process. It's his lyrics, music, creative direction, directing, acting, editing. And he created a team and his own label to bring everything together in-house from the start. The entire premise of DPR was to create audio-visual experiences, where both the music and the videos are created simultaneously, so they work seamlessly. And I agree: a full feature film and TV series would be soooo epic! But he currently seems to be mostly focused on bringing his own mental health journey/dreams to life in his work. It's all rooted in his own experiences, not made up stories. (Though the lore for this as well as DPR Live's videos ties in very much with it all - we don't know how yet) > The eyes are a big symbol for both Mr Insanity (who loses his eye sight because he pushed the limits too far) and Mito (who carries his one eyeball as jewellery and chases Mr Insanity to protect Ian). > And Jackson Wang would be totally cool to collab with. I really doubt the bird at the end just happened to fly past when they were filming! For the Mito movie, Christian spent days studying how birds fly, how they move their wings and how to make it look natural, just so he could edit a bird in at the beginning, barely visible for half a second on the edge of the screen above Ian during 1 Shot, because he felt he needed it there 😂 Christian says he can't act. Many times he said that he times the mv shooting with his episodes coming, so who we see on the screen is usually Mito, and sometimes Christian doesn't even remember shooting the scenes (he mentioned it a couple of times, about So Beautiful especially). He often black outs during his bipolar episodes and that is when Mito takes over - when Christian comes to after an episode, he often wakes up to songs he doesn't remember writing or composing, ideas he hasn't written down. Mito has access to all Christian's memories but Christian doesn't remember what Mito does. About the pink people - Mito has only one eye, the other is white and he wears his eyeball as a ring. There is possibly a connection between Mito and the pink people - with only one eye just like Mito. Green and purple are Insanity's colours, he's a clown God, creator of Mito too. Mito despises him now and is after all of his creations. There are a lot of theories but I am not sure how Ian writes into this yet. Especially that he got kidnapped and stabbed by Mito at some point. It's worth mentioning that "Dear Insanity..." is a prequel to what happens in Mito the movie. Black and white are Mito's colours - hence the change in colours at the end of So I Danced. Mito started to take over the Other Side in pursuit of Insanity. In the Mito movie he seems to be dead set on destroying Insanity and all of his creations, including Ian. Also - YES to Jackson's and Christian's collaboration! I'm sorry for the whole essay here! I'm just super excited about the whole lore, the storyline still not fully clear, and everything that awaits. If Christian was to direct or star in a movie or a TV show, I'd walk the whole country on foot, door to door, to make sure EVERYONE knows about it! Dude deserves the world and all of its possible praise and recognition, and I hope he will get it one day :) If anybody made it to the end of this - congratulations!
