I'm South Korean and I summary this cartoon's story briefly. The name is 'clever raccoon'. The raccoon makes special glasses. The cat and raccoon is bear's friends who was winning the shoot competition. The boar is rival of the bear and he was so angry because he lose. The boar and his friend bat want to fight again with the bear.
There is something really bizarre about how these characters move. I can't even pin down what it is exactly but every individual body part seems to be a separate symbol (like flash) with an excessive number of frames
I remember since I grew up watching cartoon in Arabic during the 90s. I moved back to Saudi Arabia, I was doing my research in 2013, and I found Clever Raccoon Dog is one of the most bizarre reminds me of the same animation of Simba the King Lion.
Wow, I'm from Iceland and I remember this cartoon series being played on the national television 15-18 years ago when I was a kid. I had no idea they were from North Korea.
Is the cat a boy or girl? I'm confused because the way the character is dressed and how in the intro the character is wearing girl clothes when ice skating.
