Candace buffs hydro normal attacks on top of giving the infusion, and a good buff at that. Her "problem" is just that, that it's niche. But people don't stop to learn character kits before calling it bad

@@konkedo-z4s then we have a legion of players who don't know to play the game, ironically enough. Experimenting is part of gaming. Or you have situations like the "credible" people saying that Bennet was bad back in 1.0 and it being spread like wildfire. There is a reason the players from the Asia/CN servers discover parties so more quickly than the America/Europe servers
