This is a series on building the DR-107 One Design (IMAC) r/c aircraft from the Matt Mrdeza plan. This plan was downloaded from outerzone.co.uk.
In this update, a hinge gap cover is added to both sides of the flaps and ailerons. After breaking the wing free from the build table, it was discovered that one wing panel had a significant "banana" shape to it. That was corrected with "Windex" and weight. A method of fixing dented/compressed balsa is shown. The wing leading edge is shaped free-hand. Finally, the flap servo mount had to redone and a few short snippets shows the process.
