As this great saint impacted so many of us in our youth through World Youth Day, "The Rosary: A Mini Series" (the RHP team) decided to launch our podcast conversation with our second guest, a worldwide prayer apostolate founded by Dr. Blythe Kaufman: Children's Rosary ®.

In the first part of our conversation, Dr. Kaufman reflects with Christine on "How the Rosary changed her life". In the second part of this conversation, Blythe tells us "Why the Rosary is an efficacious prayer."

In today's reflections, Dr. Kaufman alludes to Blessed Bartolo Longo's observations that the Rosary is part of the School of Our Blessed Mother, Mary, and she explores how our efforts to meditated upon the Mysteries of the Rosary, over time, not only lead to emulating the holy purity of the Mother of God, but also result in impacting one's entire life in a miraculous way because the Rosary enables the Christification of one's soul.
In 2017, the young members of Dr. Kaufman's Children's Rosary ® International Prayer Apostolate Movement were invited by our Spiritual Director of Episodes 1 and 2, Reverend Fr. Anthony Gramlich, MIC: Fr. Anthony asked Blythe and her Rosary apostolate lead the prayer of the Rosary at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy. He believed that it was fitting to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the sixth apparition of Our Lady at Fátima and the "Miracle of the Sun" which occurred in the Cova da Iria in this way.
That supernatural event was recorded in the newspaper "O Seculo", which we've reposted in both the morning and evening Substack posts from Oct. 22, 2022.
